The pure victimhood they displayed on the stand was nauseating. Ashley continued to say that I “called her a criminal.” First of all, I DIDN’T call her a criminal. I even went back and looked at my original article just to be sure. She lied directly on the stand. But CJ did a PHENOMENAL job questioning her when he asked whether they filed the protective order because the cease and desist didn’t shut me up. Instead of answering yes or no, she objected to his question. Yes… just admit that this was a TARGETING CAMPAIGN all along. Because that’s exactly what it was. She then tried to say that me saying “FAFO” was a threat. My God. If I filed a protective order every time someone told me FAFO, I would be looked at like a psycho. Now they’re threatening a defamation lawsuit, which is HILARIOUS. FAFO. Because I didn’t say anything that was untrue. And saying that you’re a FAKE audio engineer is not, by itself, defamation. So, good luck with that. Now, after the trial was over, they did not let us walk out the front door. I’m actually sad about this. I HAVE NO FEAR OF THESE ANIMALS. And there was a pack of ANIMALS in the lobby and out front. The Black Panthers, Candice Matthews, Quanell X, and their posse were all there. (I’ll share videos later). But I had a small army of my own. And MOST of those people were people of color. I love ALL of my followers and supporters. I do not care about the color of your skin. I care about your CHARACTER. My side is made up of people of GOOD CHARACTER. I LOVED it when my friend yelled at Candice and her group, “You make our community look bad! You are not good for us!” She was RIGHT. These people who get in our faces are part of a demented, low-IQ subculture, and I would be EMBARRASSED if they represented me in any way. I wanted to walk out the front doors with my head held HIGH. And when Candice got in my face, I wanted to stand there and eat a Slim Jim. That was literally my plan. 🤣 And in the end, I wanted to say, “No amount of voodoo you conjure up can hurt me, because the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead is the Spirit within me! You cannot touch me or harm me!” But the judge insisted that we leave through the back for OUR safety. We were escorted through the back and through the tunnels. The sheriff’s deputies, Houston PD, our security team, and everyone there to make sure we were safe were OUTSTANDING. The sheriff’s deputies were incredibly professional and made sure we were surrounded at all times. When we moved, THEY moved. I cannot thank them enough. I’m headed home now. I want to thank my SNOW ROACH ARMY (and yes, that army is made up of people of ALL colors and backgrounds) and ALL of my supporters. IT’S OVER. Whether they think it’s over or not, IT IS. I’m going back to my regularly scheduled programming of reporting and exposing. And enjoying my FAMILY the way I was meant to. I also want to thank Judge Dianne Curvey. She made a very fair decision. I did a lot of research on her. She takes a lot of heat, and she STILL made a good decision. And she has made good decisions in the past DESPITE threats she herself has received. Thank you to CJ Grisham and his legal team. HE IS A HERO. And he absolutely DESTROYED the narratives being built in that courtroom. And finally… THANK YOU, GOD. 🤔Did you know your ballot is apparently just a wish list? Massachusetts voters overwhelmingly approved Question 1, demanding greater transparency from Beacon Hill. But just days after the election, Senate leadership is already suggesting that respecting the results is optional. When asked by Tim Dunn (@ConsiderMeDunn) of the Boston Herald about implementing Question 1, Senate President Karen Spilka reached for Beacon Hill’s favorite excuse whenever voters demand more transparency: “constitutional concerns.” Meanwhile, Senator Cynthia Creem said lawmakers must “consider the wishes of the voters.” Consider? Wishes? Massachusetts voters didn’t make a wish. They voted to change the law. And Beacon Hill doesn’t get to simply “consider” whether it wants to respect the results. We’ve seen this before. In 2024, 72% of voters approved giving the State Auditor the authority to audit the Legislature, yet legislative leaders have continued resisting its implementation. Now, after voters have once again demanded greater transparency, Senate leadership is already talking about what it will consider. The voters have spoken. Their votes are not suggestions, and their decisions are not a wish list for Beacon Hill to pick and choose from.

What’s different this time around? Trump actually has control of the IC this time, he knows their playbook, the DOJ/DHS have large-scale access to voter rolls/data, and DOGE played a part in helping DHS expand the SAVE system and helped secure our election infrastructure. This is why the Dems are trying to throw Elon in jail. They know Elon/DOGE helped Trump create the entire network to track their voter fraud. They know that with advancements in quantum computing and Super Intelligence, Trump and his team can rapidly cross reference all the data they have with citizenship data, and prove fraud with high speed and precision. This is why blue states have been fighting to not hand over voter rolls to Trump. Trump is WAYYYYY more prepared this time around, and he told us so in the July address to the nation. The only question is, what will be done about it? Trump delivered a lot of signal that things would be different this time. He spent the last 22 months preparing for exactly this. We shall see.
