RT @KrisOfAllTrades: I am synced! Collaborations in healthcare lead to better outcomes. Our data should work together to produce more accurate results. 👏🏻

Function is now partnering with @Withings to sync daily data from its smart scales and blood pressure monitors with your lab results.

Withings designs medical-grade connected health devices that bring measurements like body composition and blood pressure into everyday life. Now, those measurements sit next to biomarkers like glucose, cholesterol, and hs-CRP in Function. Together, they give you an ongoing picture of your metabolic and cardiovascular health.

More context between visits, so you know where your health stands on lab day and every day in between.

HEALTH ALERT: If you’re a woman with PMOS (formerly PCOS), and no one’s told you how it can impact your mental health—read this. 🧵👇

It's common enough that the international PMOS guidelines recommend screening women with PMOS for both depression and anxiety. If it's never come up at your healthcare visits, you can raise it yourself.

If you have PMOS and feel off, tell your healthcare provider. Share these stats with them. Advocate for the care you deserve. And remember: ✔️Mood is one part of the picture. ✔️Hormone and metabolic markers are another. ✔️✔️Knowing both gives you and your care team more context to work with. Not medical advice. RT @Kyle_W_H_: Had a great healthcare experience from @function Health this morning. Paid the $150 for the tech to come to my house and draw blood at 6am. Far better than finding an available appointment, looking for parking, and waiting at the local quest lab. As transaction costs (hard and soft) come down, there will be an explosion of demand for healthcare.

RT @EudemoniaSummit: Heart. Hormones. Thyroid. Nutrients. Toxins. Autoimmunity. @function covers it all with 100+ advanced lab tests, so you get the full picture of your health instead of a single snapshot in time. Proud to partner with them at Eudēmonia Summit 2026, Nov 5–8.

@MrBeast health challenge. $250,000 on the line. And lab tests through Function that showed Sara and Tré numbers they couldn’t ignore. After six months, they lost almost 160 pounds together. Now they’re back home. What does it take to make those changes last?

They finished knowing more about their bodies than ever before. Looking forward to 100 healthy years of Sara and Tré.

They wanted to get their dream bodies before their wedding and surprise their families, so I offered them $250,000 and gave them all the resources they’d need! Go watch :D

RT @laurashin: This morning when I woke up, I thought it was 7:30am, so when I took off my eye mask, I was surprised to find it was only 4:30am. But I felt awake. Not only that, I felt ENERGIZED. I have not felt anything upon waking other than utter exhaustion for at least a decade, but probably more like 16 years. Last week, I did Function Health Labs, which are super comprehensive. I started getting results back Saturday, fed them to a private AI, and it was freaking out about how I have no energy. YOU GUYS -- I'm a carnivore and I am ANEMIC. I have eaten red meat 🥩🥩🥩 for 99.99% of my meals for the last two and a half years, and I'm ANEMIC -- wth ferritin stores above 240! (This is so high, it was marked as dangerously high on Function Health.) It diagnosed me with anemia of chronic inflammation, which I hadn't heard of before, but it explained to me a question I had meant to ask a doctor -- why one iron marker was low when another was high and I was eating so much red meat -- but that doctor missed it because she preferred to spend our appointment time lecturing me about how I needed to eat greens even though I told her that eating this way was making me feel BETTER 🙄. (Pro tip if you're a doctor: if a patient who has been incredibly sick for over a decade tells you something they are doing is making them feel better, BE A HUMAN AND BE EXCITED FOR THEM and don't be a fucking idiot and tell them to go back to eating the way that made them feel worse.) I spent all weekend talking with the AI about my lab results, and it told me which supplements to take, including a few I already had on hand that it said would help. The main one it said I needed I had to order, and it will arrive next week, so I haven't even been able to take the most important one yet. DESPITE THAT, just taking the one I had lying around for the last seven days allowed me to FEEL ENERGY UPON WAKING!!!! Is this what it feels like to be a normal human?!?!?! Feeling energy upon waking made me want to cry. I feel so gypped!!!! I can't believe I'm only 7 days into what I need to do to get over this, and I am not exhausted and fighting to get through the day 😭 If I weren't so fucking excited, I think I'd be crying, but seriously, WTF. Western medical doctors and the healthcare system are so fucked. Yay for comprehensive labs and AI!!!

@MrBeast's most heartfelt health challenge just ended. Function was there from the start. For six months, contestants Sara and Tre changed how they ate and moved, with $250,000 on the line. Watch the full video here:

RT @Jamiebierman: As someone who loves brands and people and the way they coexist, I always read the comments— on every platform. This week, under Lena Dunham’s Girls announcement on @hbomax IG, the comment that stuck with me most was from @function: “We’re all here next summer.” Brand awareness can take a lot of forms. One of them can be human. When my Function app loads and it says “long live Jamie,” I know they really mean it.

Function Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer @drmarkhyman visited to discuss their results, alongside the nutrition and exercise support they received throughout the challenge.

Sara and Tre lost almost 160 pounds together. They finished knowing more about their bodies than ever before, and now, as newlyweds, they’re looking forward to 100 healthy years together.
