Mark Cuban Says Public Companies Found They Were ‘Ripped Off’ On Healthcare But Won’t Say So On Earnings Calls
Cuban said the system supporting big insurers would collapse if employers covering roughly 160 million Americans ran their contracts through AI before signing.
Mark Cuban said a couple of public companies that used AI to check their health plans discovered big insurers such as UnitedHealth, CVS and Cigna were significantly overcharging them.
He cited a Dallas PBM contract of more than 1,300 pages to show that insurance and PBM contracts were too long for people to read.
Cuban said UnitedHealth has more than 3,000 subsidiaries, which transfer about $150 billion a year to each other.

Today at the Chamber of Mines Annual Conference, I discussed the need for strong fiscal & monetary policy frameworks, to get in line with international best practices & to create a win-win investment environment. Zimbabwe must be closed for looting, and open for business!
@edmnangagwa@ZANUPF_Official Once the rhetoric stops and we are all willing to contribute we can build a strong high income region, I say region because to see Zimbabwe is a country is colonial and backward for the new United Africa narrative to hold water & thrive in the hearts & Minds of all African #Unhu
Congratulations Cde @CyrilRamaphosa on your election victory. We wish you success as you build a strong and prosperous South Africa, and look forward to working closely together as we further strengthen the relationship between our two nations
