Actually, it’s not normal. It’s bunk. Elections should take place on one day and one day only, including counting the ballots. The fact they used PolitiFact as their source is hilarious.

@rreactor What actually worked very well. Break up the population into local precincts of 500-2000 people. They come vote till 8pm. Precincts count and report the results to the county. Counties Report to the state. 3 hours later, it's done. #DistributedProcessing
