Bug fixes: - Fixed prompts incorrectly appearing to fail after a response timeout; corrected extra diff lines after repeated edits to the same file. - Images in responses open in the full-screen gallery; attachment removal targets the correct image; the voice button returns after a call ends so you can start another without reopening the chat.
