    The 2024 OBC takes effect Jan 1, 2025. OBOA is updating training materials to the new Code. We will continue to train to the 2012 OBC pending confirmation on exam transition dates. Look for new 2024 training materials in Fall/Winter of 2024. #OBC #Training #BuildingCode
