Fractal trees arise from one recursive rule: at every endpoint, two new branches leave at a fixed angle, each a little shorter than the one before. The pattern is self-similar at every scale. Bresenham’s algorithm draws each of those branches on a pixel grid using only integer additions and comparisons. It decides the next step by tracking an error term, never needing floating-point arithmetic or division. The organic form is simply disciplined recursion meeting the quiet precision of whole numbers.
