@FFumis@vercel Totally see where you're coming from.
But solution agnosticism has benefits too. E.g. React didn't come with a styling solution. Frustrating at first, but now, depending on our requirements we are free to use vanilla css, #CSSmodules, @tailwindcss, @emotioncss or @stitchesjs
Use proxies in dev to guard against potentially missing styles. Also use linting & stuff for warning etc. This is handy for ensuring style refactors don't result in undefined class names 👉 @DavidWells#CSS#CSSModules#100DaysOfCode
🚨💥 Performance concerns are a major bottleneck for Styled Components.
📊 But, CSS Modules offer better build performance by processing styles during the build time rather than at runtime.

I really love working with styled-components and styled-system, but I also miss my old company’s #cssmodules codebase. Something satisfying about writing class names like .container with no time lost thinking about it and still knowing it was locally scoped ❤️ tks @markdalgleish
#BEM vs. #CSSModules: Both ways of isolating/encapsulating #CSS in components. Currently I favor BEM because of its predictable class names (good for tests and search+replace) and no-need for a CSS build step.
DAY 39b: 8/FEB: CSS Modules
· Create a CSS file for your component, & name it with the ‘.module.css’ extension eg NavBar.module.css
· Define styles: Define your styles using regular CSS syntax
/NavBar.module.css/
.container {
background: red;
padding: 10px;
}

Love this post by @dalmaer: It's exactly what we did @deutschetelekom. The first point: stick to #platform defaults is already gold. Instead of some css-in-js, just use #cssModules or plain #css. Sticking to the platform makes it easier in the long run.
Dylan Attal is talking about CSS-Modules in React! Dylan is an SDG alum that gives back to the students and community. You can meet him at the monthly Whiteboard Challenge meetup he hosts,

What's the best way to work with a SASS framework in Next.js? I'd like my Bulma styles to be global but component styles to be local, and ideally, in SASS as well. Can I do that with CSS modules? #nextjs#react#cssmodules
