Seems like a small stakes mistake by Carney but it’s actually massive. It’s seen as a slap in the face of PSPP, as the new Quebec PM is known. While this is fresh, Trump posts congrats to PSPP (two weeks after he’s elected). This is happening after I’ve been saying that PSPP negotiating a bilateral trade deal with the U.S. would be the ultimate Quebec sovereignty move. If PSPP makes contact this week, he’ll completely mog Carney and Canada.
