A mis amigos espectrumeros, ¿cómo emulo un #ZXSpectrumNext? Quiero programar en #Nextbasic CC @tbrazil_speccy @AsteroideZX @sergio_thepope @Bytemaniacos y los que quieran responder.😉👾🕹️

❤️I’m in this number!❤️My #SpectrumNext will be delivered either Tuesday or Wednesday this week! Oh my! Oh my, oh my! Death to #BASIC UDGs! Long live the #NextBASIC Sprites! 😂 #ZXSpectrum

@kevman3d @BreakIntoProg #ZXSpectrum #programming You have just rekindled my interest in Speccy programming. Will spend next couple of weeks getting back into it. Used to spend hours on this.

@ianbattison @BreakIntoProg Awesome! 😎 I'm busy coding a game in #nextbasic on a @ZXSpectrumNext, hence why I was digging through boxes for some visual stimulation on the desk to drive that passion. 😁

800 Followers! Thank you!❤️ Hopefully my #SpectrumNext will be arriving soon! This means that my future programs could use #NextBASIC and be a little more impressive both visually and audibly! I doubt it though!😂 #8bitCoders #ZXSpectrum #BASIC #8bitidiot

@IanWarren306 Thanks Ian! Getting sprites moving in #NextBASIC is far more satisfying that the old #ZXSpectrum UDG method! 👍🏻

@BreakIntoProg @DarkBlueMonkey @kamelito I think my brain is too old to pick it up now. I’ll keep trying but, at the moment, #BASIC is just a lot of fun & for some reason people seem to enjoy my 8bit nonsense! Nutters! 🤪 With #NextBASIC looming, I’m another step away from Z80! Wait till you see my latest ‘creation’ 😂

I forgot to post this a while ago! Sorry! 🙏🏻 The #NextBASIC #SpectrumNext code for my ‘1300 Followers’ celebration is now on #Github👉 The 1080p50 YouTube version👉 #8bitcoders #ZXSpectrum

🏆1100 Followers! THANK YOU! (Switch sound ON for full ear assault!) I’m so ‘Hyper’ that you continue to enjoy my #ZXSpectrum #BASIC programs! Well done to ‘Top Duck Spotter’ @EricRetro for identifying which game the duck sprite came from in my pre-release teaser🦆 #8bitcoders

@SpectrumNez @EricRetro Well done! And what an awesome video/game! Will it be available for download soon? 😉😀

@florinthedwarf @EricRetro Lolz! Thanks Paul. I might actually try and do this in #NextBASIC on my #SpectrumNext when it arrives. Just the shooting bit, mind! I don’t think I have the strength to do the entire series of events!😂

Showing off my new Start Screen for my game for the Speccy Next, Invasion Of The Cloud People - The Next Storm. Come see what I been up to in development of my game. #speccy #nextbasic #basicprogramming #retrogaming #8bit #zxspectrum #specnext #next

@BreakIntoProg @ArcadeRen @0xC0DE6502 @kieferkn @electron_greg Especially because people are posting stuff like this in the ‘BASIC for the ZX Spectrum Next’ group on Facebook! 😍 #SpectrumNext #NextBASIC 👉

My first #NextBASIC program on the #SpectrumNext is nearing completion. 🕹 It has sprites! 🎵 It has sound! 🌈 It has more than 8 colours! I’ve kept a couple of UDGs in for old time’s sake. Don’t expect anything mind blowing though! There is still SO much to learn! #ZXSpectrum

Just read through Chapter 7 of the #SpectrumNext manual about #NextBASIC ‘Expressions’ 🤯 .... I’m beginning to lose hope! #8bitidiot

Just had a #NextBASIC demo on how to move a sprite on the #SpectrumNext from Garry Lancaster. Super simple! Goodbye UDGs! You will not be missed!

🏆 1200 Followers! 🏆 THANK YOU! Here’s my #SpectrumNext celebration created using #NextBASIC and SPRITES!💪🏻 #DeathToUDGs Now this is out of the way, I can concentrate on making my #SpectrumNext game: ROBO-BLOB Thanks everyone! #ZXSpectrum #8bitCoders #8bitidiot

Progress with #SpectrumNext #NextBASIC! Actually got a sprite moving around on the screen! I can barely type this due to the tears of joy in my eyes! 😭😂 #DeathToUDGs #ZXSpectrum #8bitCoders #8bitidiot

@theimp67 @timbucus showed me what can be done with just a line or two of #nextBASIC and I was seriously impressed. WAY easier than what I’m currently doing. The end goal, of course, is full Z80 assembly but I think that might be beyond me at this point/age! 😂

I’ve read that you can anchor sprites in #NextBASIC on the #SpectrumNext so I’m creating #RoboBlob’s gun as a separate 16x16 sprite. No idea how anchoring works as yet, but this should make it WAY easier to change gun sprites later on! 👍🏻
