Holy sh*t I spent weeks turning Claude Code into a design studio. no Figma license. no agency. no plugins I had to pay for. here's the stack I used and it's embarrassingly simple: -> graphify: teach Claude your brand dump your guidelines, logos, PDFs and old projects into one folder. graphify turns it into a knowledge graph, so every design Claude makes follows your rules instead of guessing. 134k stars, Y Combinator. uv tool install graphifyy -> graphify install -> /graphify . -> Figma-Context-MCP: Figma straight to code it hands your actual Figma file to the agent. the README says it builds designs in one shot, and does it better than pasting screenshots. -> Penpot: the open-source Figma free, open source, and its MCP server lets AI read and edit your designs, then hand them to code and back. -> React Bits: the "expensive" look, for free the biggest open-source library of animated React components. those smooth hover effects and text animations you see on high-end sites? copy, paste, done. -> HyperFrames: designs that move write HTML, get a finished video. made by HeyGen for AI agents. your landing page can now have its own launch video by tonight. claude plugin marketplace add heygen-com/hyperframes -> claude plugin install hyperframes@hyperframes -> MCP for Blender: 3D without learning Blender connects Claude to Blender. describe a scene, the agent builds and edits it in real 3D. the order that works: brand into graphify -> design in Figma or Penpot -> Claude builds it with React Bits -> HyperFrames makes the promo -> Blender adds the 3D hero shot the uncomfortable part: tools used to be the moat. now everyone has them for free. the only thing that still separates good design from AI slop is taste. and taste is the one thing you can't install. bookmark this. your next client will ask why you're suddenly so fast.

THIS IS F*CKING INSANE Anthropic turned Agent Skills into an open spec and GitHub filled up with ready-made Claude Code teams for free one of these repos alone ships 135 agents, 35 skills, 42 commands, 176+ plugins and 20 hooks. another hands you 100+ specialized subagents. none of it costs anything 10 GitHub projects you should open first: 01 wshobson/agents → a plugin marketplace that installs the same agents into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Copilot, so your setup survives switching tools 02 VoltAgent/awesome-claude-code-subagents → 100+ specialized subagents covering most of what a normal engineering week throws at you 03 rohitg00/awesome-claude-code-toolkit → 135 agents, 35 curated skills, 42 commands, 176+ plugins, 20 hooks and 14 MCP configs in one place 04 anthropics/skills → the official Agent Skills repo. start here to see the shape of a working SKILL.md before you copy anyone else's 05 netresearch/claude-code-marketplace → curated skills on an open standard, portable across Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, Gemini CLI and 30+ other agents 06 disler/claude-code-hooks-mastery → the hooks reference. this is where you learn to make the agent stop on your rules instead of stopping to ask you 07 karanb192/claude-code-hooks → an installable hooks marketplace split into safety, cost, observability and productivity 08 affaan-m/claude-swarm → multi-agent orchestration that decomposes the task, coordinates the agents and shows the whole run in a terminal UI 09 am-will/swarms → orchestration shipped as skills, so the coordination loads only when the job actually calls for it 10 eugeniughelbur/obsidian-second-brain → persistent memory as plain markdown in an Obsidian vault, shared across Claude Code, Codex and six other agents give the first team a job with an obvious finish line: one reviewed PR, one researched brief, one failing test turned green then look at how much of that output you actually kept, and what it cost to produce. a bigger roster earns its place when it moves that number the download is free. paying four agents to repeat the same investigation is not save this before you spend another weekend building a config that already exists the article below shows how to keep context small, reuse finished work and contain retries, so more of your budget reaches the finished result ↓

HOLY F*CKING SH*T i cloned 4 github repos last night and by sunrise Claude Code was writing code i did not recognize as mine no new subscription. no paid plugin. just the skills Anthropic and a few indie devs quietly dropped on github while everyone was busy paying for Claude plugins Boris Cherny, who created Claude Code, said one line that keeps resurfacing on X: "Agent Skills started as an experiment in Claude Code". two weeks later Anthropic handed the standard to the Agentic AI Foundation. 70+ platforms integrated it the SAME week. ChatGPT. Cursor. GitHub Copilot. VS Code. these skills do not run only in Claude anymore. they run f*cking everywhere the 4 repos that actually matter, in install order: -> obra/superpowers by Jesse Vincent. 307k stars. TDD, planning, enforced code review, git worktrees, subagents, systematic debugging. this is the one that stops Claude from writing absolute dogsh*t on autopilot -> anthropics/skills. 184k stars. the official mono-repo. frontend-design makes Claude pick an aesthetic BEFORE touching a line of code. skill-creator is a skill that writes skills with tests. theme-factory ships one command for colors, fonts, layouts across slides, docs, landing pages -> muratcankoylan/agent-skills-for-context-engineering. 18k stars. the one nobody installs and everyone absolutely needs. compaction, tool-output masking, routing between agents. without this your context budget is on fire 20 minutes into every session and you have no idea -> massgen/massgen. multi-agent terminal with ripgrep and ast-grep built in. for codebases too large for one context window the whole stack as one copyable block: git clone ~/.claude/skills git clone ~/.claude/skills/superpowers git clone ~/.claude/skills/context git clone ~/.claude/skills/massgen by morning Claude Code felt like 4 engineers in a trench coat while everyone else is paying monthly for Claude plugins that do a fraction of this, 184,000 engineers already own the better version for free full install walkthrough and the exact ~/.claude/settings.json i run on top is in the article below bookmark this before the next guide you read links a repo that got archived

I truly don't f*cking understand why designers aren't scared of losing their jobs Graphify just crossed 137k stars on GitHub and got into Y Combinator. it gives your agent a real graph memory. the idea is simple: one folder, a few plugins, and Claude starts working for you. it remembers, reads your email, uses the web, and asks before anything risky. founder, marketer, student, freelancer, whoever. if you have more tabs open than hours in the day, steal this: step 1: the office make a folder called AGENT, open Claude Code in it, write a CLAUDE.md with one line: "log every decision, person and project to memory/" step 2: the memory uv tool install graphifyy, then graphify install, then /graphify . your whole folder turns into a knowledge graph. it answers "who was that guy from the March call?" in seconds instead of grepping 400 files step 3: the inbox npm install -g @googleworkspace/cli, then gws auth setup Gmail, Calendar and Drive, all readable from one folder step 4: the hands claude mcp add playwright npx @playwright/mcp@latest a real browser it drives itself: opens sites, fills forms, pulls data step 5: the bodyguard npm i -g jev-guard, jev-guard key "...", jev-guard install claude a tiny model called Jev scores every action before it runs. rm -rf ~/ never gets through, and a sketchy email telling your agent what to do gets flagged. a 1,000-call session costs about 4 cents step 6: the routine /schedule -> "every day at 7:30 AM, tell me what came in, what you drafted and what needs my yes" you wake up, and the morning admin is already done. 15 minutes. that's the whole setup. bookmark it before your feed buries it

Open Hermes in Desktop. Switch to your browser. Same sessions, same Group Chats, and now even your plugin interfaces. 🔥 55 PRs merged on October 28. 3 changes worth knowing about: • Desktop and Webapp now share the same sessions and Group Chats, so you can pick up conversations across both. Group Chat file attachments also work through the local backend • Plugins with their own Desktop interfaces now work in the Webapp too, including custom cards and controls right inside your browser • A new remote configuration backend lets managed Hermes deployments control agent settings centrally, including locking settings across multiple agents and profiles Luke has the full 55 below 👇

f*cking hell. there are 10,000+ ready-made Grok Bot templates on GitHub, filed by job title, and every one of them is free. on top of that: whole bot teams with a chief of staff, trading desks that block a bad entry before it goes out, skills that check your weekly limit before a bot burns it, and self-hosted versions you run on your own machine. most of these repos have fewer than 500 stars 20 GitHub repos to open before you build your next bot: 01 TemplatesGrokBot → 10,464 templates sorted by job. paste one as the first message and the bot sets itself up: who it is, what it does, what it must never do, and what to ask you on its first run 02 → a community directory of agent prompts for email triage, daily briefings, SEO fixes and churn warnings. paste one and it sets itself up as a scheduled bot 03 awesome-grok-bot by ZeroPointRepo → 63 skills, plugins, MCP servers and self-hosted alternatives, each checked against a primary source, plus how Grok Bot actually gets extended 04 awesome-grok-bot by RongleCat → a bilingual list of Grok Bot resources, with community meetups across the US, Germany, Canada and China 05 awesome-grokbot-playbooks → 96 entries checked through the GitHub API and 10 copy-paste recipes in one format: scenario, input, steps, prompt, output, pitfalls. written in Chinese 06 grokbot-field-notes → notes from the xAI Grok Bot team’s 72-hour live build: house rules, 69 bot roles, 9 role playbooks and 40 things that broke on air. drop AGENTS.md into your repo 07 grok-bot-delegation → a Claude Code skill for briefing Grok Bot: one role per bot, a chief of staff, a five-part task brief, approval boundaries and quota discipline 08 grokbot-gtm-team → 13 Grok Bot agents with one job each, department heads that route and gate the work, and one setup prompt that builds the whole team from a single chat. nothing is sent or spent during setup 09 bot-team-playbook → 8 ready-made teams, each a supervisor plus 3 to 4 specialists, and 35 copy-ready prompts. the supervisor checks every deliverable before it reaches you 10 aaron-marketing-skills → 120 marketing skills across 7 disciplines, installable as an 8-bot marketing staff on Grok Bot 11 grok-bot-skills → 10 trading skills, one job each, run top to bottom before every trade. liquid hours only, no red news within 15 minutes, 1% risk, nothing under 2x reward. any BLOCKED stops the trade 12 simianx-skills → plugs your agent into an 8-agent research committee on any US stock or coin pair: four analysts, a bull and a bear, a research manager and a risk manager. you get entry, stop, target and a PDF 13 PumpGrok → an 8-role Solana memecoin desk with 35 skills. the risk role can veto any ticket, you approve by ticket ID, and it only runs research and paper mode 14 web-access → gives Grok Bot or Claude Code full web access: browser control over CDP, parallel tasks, and a memory of what worked on each site 15 grokbot-imessage-skill → read, search, triage and send iMessages from Grok Bot through a local Mac helper. every send is previewed and waits for your approval 16 grokbot-usage-cli → shows your weekly Grok Bot pool and Cursor plan usage, so a bot checks what it has left before it burns it 17 grok-bot-jev → TypeSafe Jev as a cheap decision layer in front of Grok Bot. it reuses a fresh result, stops a failing retry, caps research, or asks you first 18 opengrok → pick a model per Grok Bot agent and swap it mid-chat, with live latency, token flow and cache hit rate for each bot. keys stay on your machine 19 Rakazo → an open-source, self-hosted take on persistent bots: their own memory, routines and history, shared team computers, bots that delegate to each other. bring your own model 20 OpenMausBot → every bot in the sidebar is Claude or Codex underneath, with its own personality, model, cloud computer and connected apps. you talk to them like contacts start with a job you already do every week. paste one template, connect only the tools it asks for, and read its first run before you put it on a routine the templates are free. the runs come out of your weekly pool, so check usage before you schedule anything give every bot one job and one boss. the teams above hold up because a supervisor checks the work before it ever reaches you the bot you were going to write tonight already exists as a markdown file. 10,464 of them, last count
