#CustomSQL

#Tableau enthusiasts have you ever wanted to refresh live data on demand with just a click of a button in Tableau?🤔 Well, I have good news for you! I found a way to create a dashboard data refresh button leveraging #CustomSQL & #ParameterActions. Post: 🚀

Hey #datafam - at work, how do you combat other users creating vizzes & not following approved templates? They appear almost consistent on the surface, but have different fonts, header/title layout, etc. Biggest issue - they’re all for the same project & have slight differences

@BLarsenViz We have 20 desktop users split between 4 groups. Technically, I’m the Lead so everything is supposed to come through me, but that’s ignored since I don’t oversee any of the users in question 🤦🏼‍♀️

@schaubkatelyn @BLarsenViz My advice. Pick your battles. I'm dealing with 175 desktop creators. You have scope to influence. Design template/fonts etc is the least of my worries. #customSQL #RandomData #Extracts

Awesome to end last week writing #customsql from @tableau to #greenplum for a great @KForce client. I <3 transforming data #gooddesign
