Phil Lord says ‘SPIDER-MAN: BEYOND THE SPIDER-VERSE’ has a 2D multiplane style and a live-action camera pipeline. “The particular looks that we're doing are really, really unique & they don’t follow rules of three-dimensional animation. The camera work is outstanding.”
