One thing I’ve learned about building software with AI: You can build in 3 days what used to take 3 months. But you can also spend 3 months building something nobody wants. The code has never been cheaper to write. Knowing what’s worth building? That’s still the hard part.

Your SaaS crosses 1,000 users. Which path would you take? 👇 🔹 Put every dollar back into ads to chase raw user numbers 🔹 Run Meta and Google ads at 3:1 ROAS, banking $1 profit for every $1 spent on acquisition What’s your choice, and WHY?

Acquisition Tip 💡 SaaS customer acquisition comes down to four paths: 1. Outgoing (cold DMs, direct emails) 2. Referrals (affiliates, invites) 3. Incoming (search, content) 4. Advertising (paid traffic) When you have zero customers, advertising makes no sense. You need direct outreach and manual referrals because they cost nothing and give you immediate feedback from people actually using the product. After 500 users, manual outreach hits a wall and you have to move your effort into search content and paid channels.

THESE 5 SITES FIX THAT 👇 1. motion sites 100+ animated websites, each with its prompt. paste it into claude code, codex or cursor and get the site in one go 2. react bits free and open source. animated components like circular galleries and starfield backgrounds. find one, copy it 3. uiverse 7,000+ free open source UI elements. pick one, grab the code 4. anime.js animation library with 60k+ github stars. springs, drag and drop, scroll animations. copy the code and you get the same result 5. aceternity ui 200+ components that look premium, source code in one click save this for the next time you build a page

This is a goldmine for anyone building websites with AI 👀 is the whole library, not just one prompt. Animated, scroll-driven, 3D. What it does for you: Your AI sites stop looking flat. You stop starting from a blank prompt. You edit everything and make it yours. Copy the prompt. Paste into Claude, Cursor or Lovable. Launch live. All of it for less than a coffee. Save this you'll need it before your next project. Which one would you build first?

You're 24 hours away from launching your SaaS in a crowded market. How are you spending your final day? A. Writing edge-case logic for a unique technical feature B. Optimizing database queries and landing page speed C. Setting up a direct WhatsApp channel to manually onboard 20 business owners D. DMing people who are actively complaining about competitors Which one are you picking, and why?

A developer uses an AI agent to scaffold authentication, set up database tables, and wire up payment webhooks over a weekend. Everything works fine in localhost. Then 200 people try to pay at the same time. The webhook drops signature verification under load. Transactions fail silently, accounts get charged twice, and database records fall out of sync. AI can write functions in seconds. It will not explain to your bank why your Stripe account just got frozen for fraud.

Your SaaS is losing subscribers because your AI feature takes 12 seconds to return a response. What is your move? 👇 A. Refactor prompts and switch to a smaller, faster model B. Move the processing to background jobs and alert users by email C. Remove the AI completely and replace it with simple database filtering What are you picking, and why?

When an app built with Claude starts crawling, throwing more prompts at the code just creates a bigger mess. Fix the latency yourself: 🔹 Decouple database queries from UI components to find where memory stalls 🔹 Write manual stress tests for your slowest endpoints 🔹 Isolate the broken function before asking an LLM to rewrite it Review the raw queries carefully.

Generating a landing page with an LLM in ten minutes feels great until you check the bundle size. The site looks smooth on an M2 MacBook, but on an Android phone over 3G it takes eight seconds to load. The model imported three animation packages you never asked for. If visitors bounce before the page loads, none of that clean UI matters. Review the dependencies yourself.

One thing I’ve learned about running AI-generated backend scripts: Don’t push generated Docker files or Nginx configs straight to production just because they compile. Check the connection pool limits. AI routinely sets unbounded pools that crash PostgreSQL the second fifty concurrent users show up. Run a basic load test with k6 on staging. Watch what happens when workers bottleneck. AI can generate configuration files in seconds, but you still have to know where the system breaks under pressure.

You have zero paying customers, but your React frontend takes 8 seconds to load. What would you tackle FIRST? 👇 • Rewrite the bundle to load under two seconds • Leave the lag alone and start calling potential customers directly • Strip out heavy client libraries and replace them with plain HTML • Pitch business owners over the phone where page speed does not matter What’s your choice, and WHY?

Building a full-stack SaaS over a holiday break with Claude is ridiculously fast now. I spent three hours just debating between slate-900 and zinc-950 for the sidebar. You can generate the authentication, wire up payments, and deploy the entire database before Monday morning. The brutal part begins when you share the link. AI can generate thousands of lines of TypeScript in an afternoon, but it won't convince an accountant to enter their card on a domain registered seventy-two hours ago

Suppose you are shipping an enterprise accounting portal with Claude Code this afternoon. You have to choose between speed and security before setting up auth: 🔹 Edge-rendered serverless routes that load instantly, but pull in dozens of untested AI-suggested packages 🔹 A standard Django or Rails monolith that adds 250ms of latency, but uses battle-tested session cookies Which one are you deploying, and WHY? 👇

I spent months obsessing over Redis caching, database read replicas, and how the system would handle ten thousand simultaneous requests. Today, I wrote the billing integration to process an invoice for one single customer. Watching a real person trust my code enough to enter their card details and send money gave me more anxiety than any production deployment I've ever run.

AI can generate an entire React frontend in twenty minutes. Generating UI takes seconds now. If you don't know how to audit dependencies and fix component re-renders, your app will still take eight seconds to load on a basic phone.

Your servers are crashing under 50,000 daily active users, but not a single one is paying. They only show up to use your free AI generator. What would you do FIRST? 👇 • Pay for larger Redis clusters and absorb the hosting bill • Put the AI feature behind a paywall immediately • Kill the free tool completely to see if anyone stays • Limit free accounts to one generation per day What’s your choice, and WHY?

STRESS-TESTING BACKEND CODE GENERATED BY AI Claude Code will scaffold a working backend in minutes, but it will not optimize your database queries. Three things to check before pushing to production: 💡 Plan the schema manually. Map out tables and foreign keys on paper before letting an LLM generate migrations. 💡 Prompt specifically for N+1 query bottlenecks and index every single lookup column. 💡 Kill your Redis container during local testing to see how the API fails when cache is dead. When server traffic spikes, a missing index on a foreign key takes down the whole instance.
