Just spent a few hours on #JavaMap🗺️ and now it has a domain, an automatic deploy process, and some barebones content.
It's not ready for primetime, yet, but it's getting there.
After an ad-hoc timeout in the new year, streams are back in anger in February:
* #JUnitPioneer 🚀
* NIO hands-on guide with @ElliotBarlas
* #JavaMap (ironically in Gatsby/JS) 🗺️
* exploring Project Valhalla with @gunnarmorling
See you there!
Made some good progress today on the Java ecosystem map. Another stream like this one and #JavaMap 🗺️ can go live and be opened up for your contributions. Looking forward to it! 😃
Stream schedule for May:
* JUnit Pioneer including a full day at #HackCommitPush
* AMA with @BrianGoetz at #ETE2021 (not on Twitch!)
* second excursion into #JavaMap of the ecosystem
* Moditect wrap-up with @gunnarmorling
CU:
@feststelltaste@HiredThought Thanks for making the connection, Markus. I checked out Wardley Mapping and it looks really cool! But I don't yet see how it applies to the #JavaMap, which is a description (vs a plan) and tech-focused (vs user-focused). But maybe I missed something - curious to learn more.
