When you write #wxPython code, you normally subclass `wx.Frame` and `wx.Panel` separately. The Panel is used as the parent for most or all of the widgets The Frame is the parent of the panel (and the statusbar, if you have one)

#wxPython supports absolute positioning of its widgets (i.e. specifying exact locations in pixels) as well as using relative positioning using Sizers. Sizers are the preferred method and it's much more flexible. Here's an example using three buttons in a `wx.BoxSizer`
