    Great work by Hammel et al. (2024) on demonstrating the impact of #CodonUsage on the efficiency of nuclear transgene expression (e.g. YFP 🔆) in the red alga #Porphyridium purpureum and its efficient recombinant protein secretion into the culture medium. 🔗
