    #IPython 8.0.0b1 out please test. As there was few negative feedback since a1, this is directly a beta, and a "soft code freeze" until 8.0.0 final, might not even do a rc. Happy Holliday.

    #IPython still have plenty of potential features. Even in CLI. Next in line support for mimetypes handlers. That is to say for example, display inline image (if terminal support it) or math, or call an external file viewer.

    #IPython 7.25 is out, if you use the debugger you really should upgrade: thanks @DEShawGroup for the bug reports, back and forth to narrow down the cause and of course always being on the bleeding edge and contributing back to open source.

    I've been working on exposing the web canvas API to #IPython (yeah I know I was bored😄). You can draw anything you want in a Jupyter Notebook with it! Whether you want to make a PacMan game or yet another Python plotting library ;) Check it out:

    @jakevdp @anacondainc @vorpalsmith Also "help welcome" mean: I've cut my finger sharpening a knife today. Typing is _literally_ painful. So help with any of these task in the issue is really appreciated; there is no small contribution in open source.
