RT @RichardDias_CFA: Europe's economy is in shambles and fracturing politically. The idea that they will lead the 'new world order' is laughable. From a Canadian perspective, the push to join the EU is contrived and clearly not in the best interests of regular Canadians. It is about breathing life into a tired globalist establishment and bailing out a failed ideology.
    Richard Dias @RichardDias_CFA
This joining the E.U. psyop (i.e. manufactured consent) being pumped into the minds of Canadians is insane. A thread. Europe is crumbling economically and politically. This is because of the same policy set (and people?) that have caused the worst economic stagnation in Canada in a generation. Naive 'Green' energy policy has gutted its industrial base; the insatiable leviathan of public spending; and a regulatory boa constrictor that protects incumbents and crushes entrepreneurial spirit and, yes, mass immigration. Germany, Europe's most important economy, is hemorrhaging jobs. For 17 months and counting, employment has shrunk.

The investigation is ongoing. The woman is very clearly shown multiple times in the video, how could the LAPD possibly not make an arrest yet…. Makes no sense

RT @HomerPavlos: In the 1.300 years of Muslim-Arab slave trade, approximately a million Greeks were sold as slaves. When Caliph Sulayman was in Medina on his way back from pilgrimage, he gifted 400 Greek slaves to his local favorites, "who could think of nothing better to do with them than slaughter them", boasted Jarir ibn Atiyah, a poet who took part in this. According to Ibn Battuta, Greek girls who were pretty were forced into prostitution after being enslaved to Turks who took all their earnings. We first witnessed the Muslim-slavery in the Rashidun Caliphate (632–661 AD) LONG BEFORE AFRICAN SLAVES. Non-Muslim peoples were killed or enslaved. This was viewed as legitimate by Islamic law, in which kafir (non-Muslims) of Dar al-harb (non-Muslim lands) were viewed as legitimate targets of enslavement. Thousands of people were also enslaved during the Rashidun attack of Cyprus. The Syriac Chronicle of 1234, drawing upon a mid-8th-century source, described how men, women, and children were separated on Cyprus by the invaders and shipped to Syria and Egypt as slaves; two Greek inscriptions claimed that the number of the people abducted from Cyprus were 200,000 Christians. Thousands of Christians, women and children, were enslaved during the Islamic conquests in territory of Byzantine Syria Palestina. After the fall of Caesarea in 640, 4.000 "heads" (captives) were sent to Caliph Umar in Medina. Women captives were known to be subjected to sexual abuse. Male Muslims were given the right to have sex with female captives (slaves), which was phrased: "those men who guard their genitals, except with their wives and those whom their right hands possess, for then there is no blame" (Quran 23:6), which granted men the right to have sex not only with their wives but also with female captive slaves. There is a description of Caliph ʿUmar (r. 634–644) himself as a client of a slave dealer: "Nafe’e narrated that whenever Ibn Umar wanted to buy a slave-girl, he would inspect her by analysing her legs and placing his hands between her breasts and on her buttocks". Male slaves sent to the Arabian Peninsula were put to slave labor as agricultural slaves, digging underground irrigation canals and other hard labor, and so many thousands of young men were sent as slaves to Arabia during the Islamic conquests that many Christian and Jewish communities were almost drained of young males. Muslim slavery was historically the worst, yet no one talks about it. > slavery in the Rashidun Caliphate (632–661) > slavery in the Umayyad Caliphate (661–750) > slavery in the Abbasid Caliphate (750–1258) > slavery in the Mamluk Sultanate (1258–1517) > slavery in the Ottoman Empire (1517–1922) They blame for everything the Europeans and the "white men" while the biggest crimes against humanity were committed by the muslims and the Arabs. Communist leftists, are busy destroying the West in favor of Islam. If you want to support me in the effort I’m making, please consider becoming a subscriber to my X account for only $2. I write about the ancient, medieval, and modern history of Greece and what Christians went through because of Islam. Always with primary sources and historical facts. RT @ryangerritsen: Its just been reported that after 120 years in the Niagara region Salit Steel will permanently close its Stanley Avenue facility. Its a fifth generation, family-owned company and the decision comes after careful consideration of challenging market conditions, including tariffs on steel and a slowdown in home construction. Read that last part again.... a slowdown in home construction. Being our "own best customer" was never a viable plan.

RT @JasminLaine: Unpopular opinion... but removing the emotion of the layoffs from it: Euthanize it? I've looked into this a lot and Goncalves literally stated his exact plan was to fix the broken ledgers, stop cheap foreign steel transshipments from dumping into the market (which hurts Canada too... but the Liberals do nothing about it), and bring Canadian workers back. Cleveland-Cliffs' production capacity is mathematically larger than the entire country of Canada. He brought the scale, the iron ore, AND the supply chain. Now, the Liberals and media are forcing out the owner of a private company because his political speech, where he stated he supported tariffs to support supply chains no matter in which country... specifically from illegal transshipment from China/Asia, is actually just basic common sense to ensure your business remains profitable. This whole thing has been blown out of proportion by the sounds of it. I have a feeling if that hadn't happened, it would have naturally solved itself in a matter of months and the majority of laid-off workers would have been hired back.

🚨 BOMBSHELL COURT EVIDENCE EXPOSES INSIDER INFLUENCE OVER MIT'S TENURE-REVIEW PROCESS IN THE DAVID M. The court-disclosed messages reveal Kristin Knouse telling Izabella Pena: 🔴 “Sangeeta just called” 🔴 “they even asked for insight into who to put on the committee” 🔴 “AND she said she will go to Rafael Reif’s office and protest the decision if and when needed.” Pena responded: “At least they are asking her insight” Knouse replied: “Exactly” “This is good” ⚠️ The evidence exposes a troubling channel of insider influence surrounding MIT's tenure-review process. These contemporaneous communications document that Knouse understood Bhatia to have been consulted about the committee's composition and to be prepared to challenge its eventual decision directly with MIT President Rafael Reif. Rather than an independent review insulated from interested parties, the messages reveal access to the committee-selection process by an academic aligned with the complainant, raising serious concerns about institutional impartiality and conflicts of interest.

RT @BarbaraRKay: Macron should resign today. He can never walk back this instinctive erasure of Islamist terrorists’ French victims in order to score a point with the rioters and their pernicious ideas.
    Porcupine Pete 🏴‍☠️ @pete_porcupine
HORRIFIC: What happened in Paris yesterday was horrific. A man is dead. Others are fighting for their lives. A 12-year-old girl was shot eight times. And before the blood was even dry, Macron was on camera declaring it a “racist terrorist attack.” Declaring that victims were selected for the colour of their skin and their religion. He called it a “turning point.” Then he said this: “It is the first time we have had a terrorist act that was planned to kill our compatriots, our children, based on the colour of their skin or their religion.” The FIRST time. Let that sink in. The first time? That single sentence should make every French citizen furious. So Toulouse wasn’t a turning point? When Mohamed Merah walked into a Jewish school and executed a rabbi and three small children point-blank, one of them just three years old? Charlie Hebdo wasn’t a turning point? When Islamists massacred journalists for drawing cartoons? Hyper Cacher wasn’t a turning point? When four Jews were murdered simply for being Jews while shopping for Shabbat? The Bataclan wasn’t a turning point? When 90 young people were slaughtered like animals inside a concert hall? Nice wasn’t a turning point? When a truck was driven through families and 86 people were crushed to death, children included? Father Jacques Hamel wasn’t a turning point? When his throat was slit at the altar of his own church? Samuel Paty wasn’t a turning point? When a teacher was beheaded in the street for showing his class free speech? Dominique Bernard wasn’t a turning point? How many corpses did France have to bury before it counted? How many Jewish children, journalists, shoppers, concertgoers, priests and teachers had to die? And let’s be clear about something else: the investigation into yesterday’s horror is still establishing motive. The facts are still being gathered. Yet Macron already has the narrative, the motive, the moral, and the political lesson ready to go. If the evidence proves racist intent, then condemn it to the fullest extent of the law. Call it what it is. No one will defend it. But do not rewrite French history to do it. Do not insult the memory of the dead to serve today’s narrative. France changed long ago. The French people know it because they lived it. They bled through it. They remember the little girl in Toulouse. They remember the editors slumped over their desks. They remember the hostages in the kosher store. They remember the bodies on the floor of the Bataclan. They remember the strollers shattered on the promenade in Nice. They remember the priest. They remember the teacher. You can try to push those atrocities into the background because they are inconvenient to your politics. But you cannot make a nation forget what it saw with its own eyes. Politicians can rewrite the narrative. They will never rewrite people’s memories. And they will never make France forget its dead

RT @cbcwatcher: Exner-Pirot on the Clean Fuel Standard (CFR): "There is an even more insidious aspect to the CFR. To meet their carbon intensity targets, many Canadian refiners blend biofuels into their petroleum products. But Canada is not self-sufficient in their production. More than half of Canada’s biofuels are imported, predominantly from the United States. Somehow, in the middle of a trade war and an energy crisis, it has gone unnoticed that Canada — the aspiring energy superpower — has artificially made itself dependent on the United States for fuel. The vulnerability was brutally exposed with U.S. President Donald Trump’s diesel export ban threat, when refiners were scrambling to find out if renewable diesel bound for Canada would be caught in the net. It is a favourite line of the Carney government that, amidst geopolitical rupture and trade disruption, “Canada is focused on what we can control.” The CFR is at the top of the list of self-harming, expensive and distortive policies that Canada controls, and has every interest in rolling back." @ExnerPirot

Spare me, and I will remember your mercy!” The shepherd cut the rope. The next night, three lambs were gone. Again the shepherd found the wolf. Again it pleaded. Again the shepherd convinced himself that mercy was proof of his goodness. By winter, half the flock was dead. An old farmer finally asked him, “Why do you keep freeing it?” The shepherd answered, “Because I refuse to become cruel.” The farmer looked at the empty field and said, “Then understand what you have done. You were not merciful to the wolf. You were cruel to everything that trusted you to keep them safe.” That’s the lesson. Mercy without judgment isn’t virtue. When someone openly intends to destroy what has been entrusted to you, endless forgiveness doesn’t make you righteous. It makes everyone behind you pay for your vanity.

RT @Nana00018487212: The second PBO report is crystal clear. We are screwed. Debt-service costs are the fastest-growing federal expense: $25B five years ago → $59.3B this year (already larger than the Canada Health Transfer) → $83B in five years. Pure interest, paid before anything else. Real cash borrowing over five years: $733B. New debt from deficits: only $333B. The ~$400B gap is parked with Crown corporations, loans and special funds — a step removed from parliamentary oversight. New risks, less transparency. PBO Annette Ryan: the government’s fiscal “anchors” provide “very little” discipline. More like traffic lights. Capital spending gets a green light. Operating spending a yellow at best. “It’s not stopping spending.” Carney (like Trudeau) keeps telling us everything is fine. Meanwhile real GDP growth is cut to 0.9% this year. Deficits stay above $63B for years. Debt-to-GDP keeps rising. They rewrite how they report the books so the headlines look pretty while the actual liability grows off-books. Taxpayers get the interest bill. Facts need to be facts. Stop the accounting games. Stop the spending now. This cannot continue. Mark Carney. The Liberals. Name them. Kitchen table first. #cdnpoli

Abolish the Indian Act. We have nothing to lose but our chains. We will, of course, need new legislation that is an interface between the Federal government and First Nations. And this MUST be created alongside Chiefs and First Nation governments every step of the way. But it is time to move past the era of this outdated, racist, and patriarchal legislation. I support Prime Minister Carney’s work to position Canada as a global leader in human rights and democracy. The Indian Act is inconsistent with achieving that vision. Our laws at home should reflect the values we champion around the world. It’s time for a relationship with First Nations people that reflects who we are as Canadians today, recognizes nationhood, and lives up to the true nature of reconciliation.
