If you're getting into DevOps, you might think it sounds expensive. Lots of paid tools, right?
Well, not necessarily.
Here, Emidowojo helps you build a production-ready DevOps pipeline with free tools like GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, and more.
Hey @X
Looking to #connect with
- Full stack Engineer
- Backend Engineer
- AI Engineer
- DevOps Engineer
- Tech people
Let’s connect and share your journey!#tech#DevOps
In Chapter 9 of our #Linux for #DevOps course, you'll learn how to run a Python script as a 'systemd' service with its own user, automatic restarts, and sandboxing, and how to troubleshoot '217/USER' errors.

7 DevOps projects that will help you get hired in 2026.
Save it✅
1. GitOps on EKS: Terraform + GitLab CI + ArgoCD.
Zero-downtime deployments: Blue-green/canary releases with auto-rollback.
2. Advanced Terraform: Multi-environment infrastructure with remote state.
3. Observability stack: Prometheus + Grafana + Loki.
4. Cloud cost optimization: Automate idle resource detection and AWS cost savings.
5. Disaster recovery: Automated backups and cross-region recovery.
Secrets management: AWS Secrets Manager/Vault with automatic rotation.
Don’t just upload code to GitHub. Document your architecture, explain your decisions, and show measurable results.
Build these projects, and you’ll have something solid to talk about in your next Devops interview.
Yet again it's confirmed that DevOps jobs are safe from AI.
All day I've been neck-deep in several server migrations and though I'm doing everything through Opus 5.5, it's still astonishing how much handholding and coaxing it needs to do the right things.
I would be in serious trouble if I just let it have its way
Couldn't Agree More!
#Terraform sets up ur infra — like creating servers, networks, firewalls, storage — all the basic building blocks
#Ansible is used to configure what’s already there — like installing apps, setting permissions, starting services, or applying updates
#DevOps
I’m so hyped to announce that @zachjonesnoel and I are taking the stage at #AWS re:Invent 2026!!
We'll be giving a level 300 code talk called "Autonomous Remediation with #OpenTelemetry and #DevOps Agent"!
Reserve your seat before it fills up:
Most DevOps tools sound confusing until you hear them as simple jobs. Here's the entire modern stack in plain English.
Docker is the standard shipping container. It packages your app, dependencies, and runtime so it runs the same on any machine. No more "it worked on my laptop."
Kubernetes is the cargo ship captain. It decides where containers sit, replaces damaged ones automatically, and scales capacity up or down when traffic surges.
Terraform is the architect's blueprint. You write down what you need (VPCs, servers, databases), and it builds the whole environment across any cloud with one command.
GitHub Actions is the assembly conveyor belt. Every time an engineer pushes a commit, it tests the code, scans for security flaws, and builds the artifacts.
Jenkins is the veteran factory foreman. Highly customizable and battle-tested, it coordinates complex, multi-stage enterprise build and deployment jobs.
Ansible is the remote maintenance crew. It connects to hundreds of servers over SSH to configure settings, patch packages, and enforce security policies without installing agents.
Prometheus is the hospital vitals monitor. It constantly scrapes and records numeric metrics like CPU, RAM, and error counts so you know if systems are healthy.
Grafana is the mission control dashboard. It turns raw metrics into charts and alert screens humans can read at a glance.
Nginx is the reception desk and traffic cop. It spreads incoming requests across backend servers, terminates SSL, and caches frequent assets.
ArgoCD is the robotic butler that syncs reality with Git. It watches your repository around the clock, and the moment someone merges a config change, it pulls that change into your Kubernetes cluster.
The modern DevOps stack in one line: write code in Git, test with GitHub Actions, package with Docker, deploy via ArgoCD to Kubernetes, provision the cloud with Terraform, and monitor with Prometheus and Grafana.
Save this for your next DevOps interview.
