It features 21 contemporary artworks that chronicle the history, culture, comedy, and mythology of Bitcoin, examining the emotional and ideological promises that have shaped its rise.
A vivid fusion of bold colour and monochrome, weaving together print, collage, digital media, neon, and immersive light.
Through these contrasting mediums, the works reflect the evolution of global currency as it dissolves from tangible matter into pure electronic energy.
Bitcoin is often presented and positioned as masculine - everyone assumes Satoshi is male - but the qualities of BTC are inherently female: decentralised, cyclical, community oriented, everyone is invited to participate with no exclusions.
That is why one of the works is entitled ₿REAST MILK
Representing a drop of ambrosia. The promise of Bitcoin is to nourish, feed, grow, connect, protect, heal, comfort, and strengthen humanity — embodying the life-sustaining qualities of breast milk.
