What we can't help with

X account problems, logins, passwords, or suspensions — those are handled by X, not by us.
Content on X itself. Lurkbird only displays public posts; it can't edit or delete them at the source.
Anything that needs a reply in minutes. We're a small operation, not a support desk.

We read every message. We aim to act on removal and copyright requests as quickly as we can, but we can't promise a specific response time.
