Got an up-close look at America’s Rocket Factory! The men and women at @NASA’s Michoud Assembly Facility take tremendous pride in their work, and it shows. Thanks for welcoming us and showing us how you’re building the future of exploration. @NASA_Marshall

Spent some time at @NASAStennis learning from some of the best in the world at testing rockets. Proud to recognize members of this team and hear firsthand about the work they’re doing to power our missions. Honored to serve alongside you!

NASA and college football… two of my favorite things! From talking Moon and Mars with students, to presenting a flag that flew around the Moon on Artemis II, to seeing @NASAAdmin’s flyover roar over Bryant-Denny before kickoff, NASA was everywhere in Tuscaloosa! Some of the young people we met yesterday will help build, fly, and lead the missions that come next. That’s what the Inspiration Tour is all about 🇺🇸🚀

It was great meeting with Uzbekistan’s space leadership at IAC earlier this month. Glad to see Uzbekistan join the Artemis Accords as our 77th signatory. Looking forward to working together to advance transparent and responsible space exploration.

Welcome to the Artemis Accords, Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 Uzbekistan has joined 76 other nations around the world by committing to the peaceful and safe exploration of space.

Had a great time at the Washington Space Business Roundtable. Really enjoyed meeting four of our @NASA interns and learning more about their work. From planetary defense to lunar exploration, they’re tackling some pretty impressive projects and making real contributions to our missions. It’s exciting to see this kind of talent coming into NASA. Looking forward to seeing what they do next.

It was great to spend time with the team at the Madrid Deep Space Communications Complex, one of three facilities around the world that keep us connected to spacecraft exploring our solar system. After the devastating wildfires earlier this year, I’m especially thankful for the dedication of this team and the Spanish emergency responders who helped protect the facility. This is an important partnership, and the work happening here is essential to what comes next in space exploration.

The enthusiasm for the U.S. Space Academy has been overwhelming, and we want every state ready to compete. We’re extending the RFI deadline to Nov. 16, giving states more time to put forward their strongest vision for building America’s future in space 🇺🇸🚀

The future of space exploration isn’t waiting. 🚀 At #IAC2026, @NASA shared what’s ahead: returning American astronauts to the Moon, building a sustained presence on the lunar surface, advancing science and discovery, and preparing for missions to Mars. The goals are ambitious, the work is underway, and there’s much more to come.

Wrapped up Day 3 at #IAC2026 with more great conversations with our international partners, supporting U.S. industry as they build partnerships around the world, and sharing where America is headed in space. It’s been a busy few days, and time well spent. We have ambitious goals and strong partners. Now it’s time to get to work.

RT @WhiteHouse: America will establish a permanent presence on the moon. 🚀🌕

RT @NASAAdmin: With clear direction from @POTUS, NASA returning American astronauts to the lunar surface, building humanity’s first outpost on another world, and our commercial partners like @SpaceX and @BlueOrigin are playing a critical role. The first Moon Base mission launches this December, followed by near-monthly cadence of uncrewed lunar landings beginning in 2027.

“When you form something like the Artemis Accords, you try to find things that actually put it into practice. That’s what @NASAAdmin has been talking about, opening up the moon base to all 76 nations and those who will sign in the future.” ⬇️

RT @SpaceWaveJapan: 【IAC 2026 現地レポート🇹🇷｜One-to-One 🇺🇸 NASA】 IAC 2026初日のPrologueに続いて行われたのが、「One-to-One with Heads of Space Agencies」。 NASA(アメリカ合衆国)、ESA(ヨーロッパ)、CNSA(中国)、JAXA(日本)、ISRO(インド)、CSA(カナダ)という世界の主要宇宙機関のトップが順番に登壇し、それぞれの宇宙政策や今後のミッション、国際協力についてインタビュー形式で語るセッションです。 そして、 「This is a team sport.」 「Space is clearly a priority of the United States.」
