A man hired an AI assistant to make his life easier. One day, he told the AI: “I want you to handle my daily problems.” The AI replied, “Of course! What should I do first?” He said, “Message my boss and tell him I’m sick and can’t come to work today.” The AI replied, “Done!” The man smiled. “Finally, technology is working for me!” But then, something unexpected happened.

RT @sufyanmaan: Our team got about 6 hours a week back across our partner calls. The admin after every sponsor and collaborator call used to pile up, now it mostly handles itself. We run a creator-led media business that runs on partner calls: sponsors, collaborators, advisory. The call was never the hard part. Everything after it was. At first we didn't trust an AI with call notes. We assumed we'd end up redoing everything anyway, so for weeks we kept taking our own in parallel "just in case." We stopped. The summaries were cleaner than ours. Good call, real momentum, then the notes sit in a doc, two action items vanish, and a week later you're asking a partner something they already answered. The work doesn't die on the call. It dies in the gap after it. So I handed that gap to Viktor. Viktor lives in our Slack, listens, and turns each call into progress: a clean summary, action items with owners, the partner update drafted, follow-ups. And it didn't stay with me. Jenna now hands Viktor the post-call notes to turn into our content action items. Ethan hands him the partner follow-ups so none of them slip. The admin goes to Viktor. The relationships stay with us. The shift isn't better notes. It's that the call ends and the work is already moving before I ask. Full breakdown in the cheat sheet below: 9 ways Viktor turns calls into progress. Tell me I'm wrong. Hire @viktor_com for your team. $100 in credits included. Full link in first comment. RT @goyalshaliniuk: You must know at least these top 12 System Design Components for building any system: A strong system design is built on these core components to ensure reliability, scalability, and speed. Here's a breakdown: 1. Monitoring System Tracks system health, performance, and errors for smooth operations and quick troubleshooting. 2. Load Balancer Distributes incoming traffic across multiple servers to maximize availability and reliability. 3. CDN (Content Delivery Network) Speeds up content delivery by caching static assets closer to users at edge locations. 4. API Gateway Manages, routes, and secures API requests between clients and backend services. 5. Message Broker Handles message queuing and delivery for reliable communication between distributed services. 6. Database Stores and organizes application data efficiently for querying, updating, and retrieving. 7. Cache Accelerates data access by storing frequently requested information closer to the application. 8. Object Storage Stores massive amounts of unstructured data like media files, logs, and backups at scale. 9. Queue Manages tasks asynchronously to smooth traffic spikes and improve service decoupling. 10. Proxy Server Acts as an intermediary for client requests, boosting security and helping with load balancing. 11. Search Engine Indexes and retrieves structured and unstructured data quickly for fast query responses. 12. Rate Limiter Controls the number of requests a user or service can make, protecting systems from overload. P.S. Preparing for a software engineering role? RT @swadeshkumar_: Someone on Reddit built his wife a job search app. She is a junior software engineer, and her job search had dragged on for almost 10 months. Tailoring a resume for every posting took ages. So he built Dossier. It finds postings, then writes a tailored resume, cover letter and email for each job, using only facts from her profile. It tracks every application from draft to offer on a board, and it runs on your own server, with a local AI model option, so your data stays with you. She landed a job with it, so he open-sourced it for anyone in the same spot. It is free at

RT @beginnersblog1: The file called “final_final_v7” deserves closure, and Dreamina’s first month is $0.29 if it still needs visuals. CapCut’s Black Friday offers are live Oct 20–30, desktop only: Pro 60% off and Ultra 40% off. I’d create the missing asset in Dreamina, bring it into CapCut PC, and review the edit from the viewer’s perspective. - Does the opening make sense? - Can I read the captions? - Does the music cover the voiceover? Fix those moments and give the closing card its full beat. Dreamina and CapCut Pro normally cost $15/month each. Separate subscriptions have separate offer links; both deals end October 30. Make the next version the one you’re ready to share. CapCut: Dreamina: #CapCutDidThat #Dreamina #Smallbusinessmarketing #CapCutSale . . .

RT @Bha74142Shivani: The 8+8+8 rule is a useful reminder: 8 hours to work. 8 hours to sleep. 8 hours to live. Because life isn’t just about being productive. Make room for your health. Your relationships. Your hobbies. Your rest. Your people. Yourself. A full calendar means very little if there’s no space left to actually live. Balance isn’t doing everything perfectly. It’s making sure work doesn’t consume everything else. #WorkLifeBalance #Productivity #HealthyHabits #Rest #SelfCare #TimeManagement #Mindset #TalkSense02

RT @ZaraAi56190: An Anthropic engineer reveals how he earns $350K–$950K: “I know how to build harnesses. 99% of developers still assemble multi-agent systems by hand, then struggle to keep them running reliably. I build systems that execute loops, operate inside sandboxes, and transform past logs into new skills. Same model. 10x more reliable agents that continuously improve, even while you sleep.” Opus 5.5 → Agents → Harnesses → Loops → Graphs In a short workshop, he explains how to build this system from the ground up: Step 1 → Control loops, context, and sandboxed tools with a harness Step 2 → Keep the model separate from its tools to generate the first token 60% faster Step 3 → Run agents on servers and recover from crashes using execution logs Step 4 → Handle failures with retries and replays instead of rebuilding everything from scratch Step 5 → Convert past execution logs into memories that help agents improve over time Anthropic calls this process “dreaming.” Most developers spend weeks piecing these systems together manually. This workshop shows you a more efficient approach. Bookmark this and watch it.
