This picture shows the address where Maine's absentee ballot envelopes were sent. The investigation closed without determining why/how ballots were sent here.

At approximately 3:30 a.m., Westbrook officers spotted people reportedly engaging in unspecified suspicious activity near an ATM on Main Street. Below, I’ve plotted out the Medicaid agencies monthly income (orange) and the number of “patients” that they claim (green). As you can see, this company did not suffer any loss of business, patients or income. PPP loan fraud was not among the charges included in the indictment unsealed yesterday by the U.S. Attorney for Maine.
