RNs and LPNs who commit 3 years at an eligible facility can get up to $50K in loan repayment and a stipend. The person who needs this care may be someone you love, or someone you’ll never meet. Either way, they deserve dignity and good care. These nurses make that care possible. The Trump administration is helping put them where they’re needed most. I am beyond proud of my @CMSGov team! So much of their work happens behind the scenes, but it makes a real difference for people and families across the country.

Today marks the FAFSA deadline, helping students access financial aid.  Two years ago, the completion rate fell to a historic low of 46%. Last year, it rebounded to 53.9%. By May 1, the Class of 2026 had already surpassed 2025’s completion rate, reaching 54.7%. That record-setting momentum carried into the final weeks leading up to today. 570,000 more students became eligible for Pell Grants, with nearly 2 million more now eligible for the maximum Pell Grant award. Every student willing to work hard and build a better future deserves the opportunity to succeed. America wins when they do.
