- I can't love without that thing now. Small UX. Big changeAndroid @AndroidYour pointer just got a serious glow-up. With Magic Pointer on the new Googlebook, Gemini is integrated right into your pointer. Just wiggle and click across your screens to ask questions, compare details, and create on the fly.206267
- To everyone sending in bugs, ideas, and feedback … thank you, seriously. We're acting on them as fast as we can to keep making your experience smoother. Here’s a quick look at what we’ve updated recently:
35253.1K - Having a conversation in my car with Gemini was odd for about 2 seconds before I started asking a million questions and it was a game changer. Commute is never fun but a little ness not fun now.Sameer Samat @ssamatIf you have a long, long commute like me, you know how much mental coordination happens the moment you sit in the driver's seat. I’ve said before that having Gemini in the car is a game changer, but Personal Intelligence now takes it to an entirely new level. Available now on Android Auto and coming soon to cars with Google built-in, Gemini can securely bridge your physical journey with your digital life across Google Workspace, Photos, Maps, and more. Take a scenario many of us deal with: picking up family from the airport. Normally, you're driving while trying to remember their flight number, wondering if their gate changed, and mentally calculating if you'll make it to the terminal on time. Now, you don't have to pull over to dig through your phone. You just ask: "Is my family's flight on time, and what terminal should I head to?" Gemini does the heavy lifting. It securely pulls the flight info from your Gmail and matches it with real-time airport data, so you can get to the right destination without missing a beat. We've designed this with strict privacy at the center, ensuring your data remains completely under your control. Amazing work by our teams! Can’t wait to hear what you all think.10141.5K

- Alexander KuscherRT @MishaalRahman: 📣Important update on Better Together setup & Samsung Galaxy rollout on Googlebook Thanks for the feedback since Googlebook launched! Here is what’s rolling out starting today and how you can resolve some of the most common setup snags: - Smoother first-time setup: A Google Play services update rolling out over the next few days reduces the steps needed to set up Cross-devices services. The update will also help improve certain timing issues where the setup QR code stays on the screen after completing phone setup. - Samsung Galaxy phone support: Our Better Together features (Continue On, Cast My Apps, Quick Access, and Notification Sync) are arriving on Samsung phones running One UI 9.0 (Android 17). These updates will roll out automatically over the next few days as Google Play updates and background service updates (fastest when connected to Wi-Fi and charging).01805

- Super psyched for our launch with @amazon - Android looks good on you! 💚Sameer Samat @ssamatExcited to collaborate with the team at Amazon to bring the power of Android and Google Play to the all-new lineup of Amazon Alexa Tablets! When @panos_panay’s team reached out about working together, we knew we could create something great for users. This means users will have access to the Play Store and all the apps and games they love right out of the box. Huge congratulations to Panos and the Amazon team on this milestone. Can’t wait to hear what people think once they get these devices in their hands!1023866
