We are excited to announce that Gameto’s latest research on Fertilo was published today in Cell Stem Cell by @CellPressNews. This paper reports the first clinical development and application of an iPSC-derived therapy in IVF. Read more here:

Key advances include: • Clinical-grade, FDA-compliant iPSC manufacturing • Demonstrated consistency, purity, and potency across lots • Analytical release and stability assays • First-in-human pregnancy data, including healthy live births

Since their discovery, which was recognized by the 2012 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, iPSCs have reshaped biomedical research. This study demonstrates what it takes to translate that foundational breakthrough into a scalable, clinically viable therapy.
