When I was reviewing my Norton logs, I found it had blocked an attempt by the NIKKE launcher to access my Chrome cookies, that probably saved me because the only trace of the attack I could find was the k2f_chan in the Launcher data. Still, the fact that malware ran on my PC at all was enough reason for me to wipe the whole thing. I've had personal info stolen in the past and I do not want to go through that again. Luckily I had an IT guy at work help me reimage my PC with a clean OS and reconfigure all my drives. Hours of backing up files, changing passwords, and setting up apps on a clean PC; and it'll probably be weeks before I have everything back the way I want it (except for some of the applications that are no longer supported, can't get those back...) Barely slept, couldn't eat, stress all around. Apparently the launcher is supposed to be safe now, but until we know exactly how the Level Infinite supply chain got compromised and what steps Level Infinite and SU will be taking to protect players going forward, I think I'll stick to mobile for now. I'd much prefer playing on PC but personally I'd like some more confidence before using that launcher again. Hopefully no one has to go through something like this again, wicked stressful.

@Archon_Koda Absolutely the correct decision. A lot of people underestimate the stress it causes to just lose access to a single account. Not to mention multiple ones. + if you want to play on PC, you should be able to use an emulator like Bluestacks. Playing Azur Lane that way for years. :)

I paid for NBA League Pass... It works fine on the Windows laptop on Firefox... But it is just unstable on my M1 Mac Mini on Firefox. The iOS app won't work on the Mac Mini... Android app works fine... I might need to use Bluestacks just to watch NBA games on my mac...

@pnwguerrilla I also assume anyone not connected to App Store could be using Bluestacks on a VPS tbh. App Store can also probably be circumvented by owning jail broken regional iphone.
