..everyone talks about @oklo's runway. Let's look at how it’s being funded. THE COST OF CAPITAL. Inside the last 15 months, $OKLO has raised approximately $3.04 BILLION through disclosed ATM share sales. Including the $218M in our current ATM model brings that to roughly $3.26B in gross equity funding. That is a serious amount of capital, and it came with additional shares. Our estimate through 10/23 leaves about $782M in the current $1B ATM. At Friday’s $26.35 close, using that entire balance would require roughly 29.7 MILLION more shares if the price stayed there. MY OPINION: Raising billions gives management an opportunity to build something valuable, but shareholders still need the execution to justify the dilution. I want to know what each round of funding gets us, and how much of that future an existing share will own. Current ATM figures are low-confidence model estimates, not confirmed sales. Remaining capacity is optional. Chart shows gross proceeds before fees, not cash currently on hand.

@PolarizingLit 15% of phase one contracted. Spot prices up threefold since before the war. The rest in line to get contracted could come with a meaty price tag. And they aim to keep 15% to sell in to spot. $ASPI

Why didn't $ASPI disclose how much LNG and Helium is being produced by @RenergenJHB "continuously" ? I hear it's no more than the teeny weeny amount last time when they could barely fill a 500 L dewar and impossible to fill a 41000 L ISO export tanker.

October helium is flowing, sure we don't know at what rate. Targets for full nameplate capacity always been end of this quarter. Getting it starte, turning the taps, making sure everything is OK. Hurry up slowly, especially when Renergen been such a sh*tshow through the years.
