They know they failed to imprison him before the 2024 election got there, or at least keep him off the ballot. They knew they were in for a rough time since they failed to stop him from coming back.... BUT **THIS?!** Holy shit, THIS? That he'd come back with a DREAM TEAM and launch a spectacularly SUCCESSFUL HOSTILE TAKEOVER of that EXECUTIVE BRANCH and it's AGENCIES? FUCK NO, they didn't see THAT coming. One by one by one, he's ripped them from the shadow government's grasping hands so violently and forcefully their fingers are still stinging: 1. The NSC 2. The DOJ 3. The FBI 4. The Treasury 5. The State Dept. 6. HHS 7. The US Military 8. DHS/ICE 9. Education 10. Most of the intel agencies He took it all AWAY FROM THEM and then the blond-haired son-of-a-bitch started SHUTTING DOWN their drug and human trafficking networks all 'cross the fruited plain, shutting down the border and reasserting control away from the shadow government's cartel business partners. And if THAT wasn't bad enough, the insufferable prick and that smarmy Bessent continued on SHUTTING DOWN ALL THEIR MONEY LAUNDERING SCHEMES OUT OF THE US TREASURY! One by one by one the US Shadow Government franchises hidden fraud revenue streams are being exposed, cut, shut down, prosecuted. And now its reached the stage that Trump and his people at the DOJ are **comfortable** sending a massive fuckin' signal that the next step has arrived. After taking over. After exposing. After shutting down. PROSECUTION. The prosecution phase has arrived. Nothing is gonna stop this. These people can cry all they want. They were making FUCKING WAR on their country in league with criminal foreign entities. They deserve every fucking thing that is about to happen to them. And you can quote me on that.

And because of these businesses coming here, we’re the No. 1 destination for college graduates now. We just surpassed San Francisco and the Silicon Valley for the most number of tech jobs. I wanna be the place where the talent comes to. And that is capitalism. People have to come here and be successful. You know why? Because they generate the revenue so I can support universal child care, education, building more housing, and they create jobs. Capitalism is what lures immigrants still, and the city and the state depend on immigration. Yeah, and this crackdown on immigration, we need to have an immigration plan that makes sense. I worked on this as a staffer, an attorney for Daniel Patrick Moynihan back in the ’80s. The last really comprehensive immigration bill where we gave amnesty to the 4 or 5 million who were already here and had employer sanctions and tougher guardrails, tougher border control. It can happen again because our economy desperately needs the labor, the vitality, the diversity, and New York is an example of what immigrants do. Look at this community.

In my legal career, if you were given an offer to be an associate at Weil Gotshal it was like winning ten Willy Wonka golden tickets. Wow. In fact, the idea they are shutting down is basically unthinkable. This is like the New York Yankees getting kicked out of MLB. It's like General Motors going out of business. It's like China deciding to sell itself to South Korea. It's like watching a James Bond movie where he quits His Majesty's Secret Service to instead run a transgender book store in Greenwich Village. I know most of my followers are not lawyers (but some of you are), so I'm highlighting this because it is a true bombshell in the legal industry. I wonder if this is part of a cascade of impending BigLaw firm failures as happened in 2008 after the housing crisis?

During the late 1970s and 1980s, Pennsylvania ballots suffered from an absolute epidemic of "Bob Caseys." Voters were so confused that completely unknown candidates won major state party nominations and even statewide office simply by sharing a name with the "Real" Bob Casey Sr. of Scranton, who later had to campaign under the slogan "The Real Bob Casey" just to clear up the mess. In 1976, seeing that the famous Bob Casey was sitting out the election, this completely unrelated Robert E. Casey threw his hat in the ring for State Treasurer. He spent virtually no money and did almost zero campaigning. Voters went to the polls, saw the name "Bob Casey," assumed it was the highly respected outgoing Auditor General, and elected him. Then an ice cream parlor owner and schoolteacher from Allegheny County in 1978 employed the exact same strategy; he ran for Lieutenant Governor in the Democratic primary, spent no money, didn't campaign, and won the nomination because voters thought he was the Scranton politician. He was paired on the ticket with gubernatorial nominee Pete Flaherty. The Flaherty/Casey ticket narrowly lost the general election to Republicans Dick Thornburgh and William Scranton III. By 1986, the real Robert P. Casey of Scranton was ready for his fourth run for governor. To combat the identity theft at the ballot box, his campaign (led by then-unknown strategists James Carville and Pauli Begala) explicitly leaned into the confusion. They branded him heavily as "The Real Bob Casey".
