रिपोर्टर - 3 यूनिट ब्लड चाहिए…डोनर नहीं मिल रहे हैं। स्टूडेंट - मुझे पैसे की जरूरत है, मैं दे सकता हूं…। रिपोर्टर - कितना पैसा लगेगा? स्टूडेंट - 8 हजार रुपए दे दीजिए, खून दे दूंगा। रिपोर्टर - पढ़ाई करते हो, खून बेचने की जरूरत क्यों पड़ गई? स्टूडेंट - पापा किसान हैं, कोचिंग की फीस बहुत ज्यादा है…घर से जो पैसे मिलते हैं, उससे पूरा खर्च नहीं हो पाता। रिपोर्टर - कोचिंग, ट्यूशन पढ़ा लेते, खून क्यों बेच रहे हो? स्टूडेंट - खून तो फिर बन जाएगा, लेकिन पढ़ाई नहीं हुई तो बेरोजगार रह जाऊंगा। ~ दैनिक भास्कर जिस देश में पढ़ाई के लिए छात्र खून बेच रहे हैं, वहाँ सरकार में बैठे लोग 6 रू की फिनाइल के लिए जनता से 30 हज़ार लूट रहे हैं!

An information which may be very disturbing to everyone. A medical distributor of a particular injection which is used in chemotherapy, his wife was suffering from cancer. She was taking treatment in a very renowned hospital. We will not take the name of the hospital. So the dealer requested the hospital authorities, sir I am myself a dealer and to me the injection comes at Rs. 11,000 dealer price. Ex cm Keralam Pinarayi Vijyan के प्रकरण में सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश साफ है- यदि ED द्वारा PMLA के sec 66(2) के अंतर्गत राज्य को अपराध की जानकारी दी जाती है तो राज्य पुलिस BNSS के प्रावधानों के अनुसार कार्यवाही कर सकती है, अर्थात FIR register कर सकती है. परंतु अगर कोर्ट आदेश करती है तो BNSS के नए sub-section 175(4) में public servant को दी गयी अतिरिक्त protection को मध्य नज़र रखना होगा. इसलिए हाई कोर्ट की double bench appeal की सुनवाई करे.
