Got a dilmena atm. I've been working on myself recently but thats meant keeping myself back a bit from friends but also from a pool team I captain. Tonight I find people aren't happy my pool team. Now I have to fix it all to be where we were but stop working on myself as much.

My mental health has been awful last two years. However the last three months I have worked hard to feel better. Lost weight, toned up, eating healthier, pushing myself to do better in life. I am becoming so much more positive!.

Second fathers day without my dad and tbh hasn't been any easier

Great night at the Kirkham And District Pool league Preaentation night. My team got the league winners trophy and own individual trophies for it. Also some of the team got other tournament trophies. Big haul from it!
