    i have good reason to raise my tuition rates for piano lessons, but i strongly believe in music education remaining accessible. i’m not just trying to make money, i want more people to have the ability to experience beauty in music, esp my friends and family. it’s a blessing.

    so much child entertainment of sorts becomes a muddled area of effectively busy work - they’re not being given an opportunity for pure play, and they’re not given opportunities to develop mastery and craft. why is this?
