I spoke with Union Home Minister Shri @AmitShah Ji and briefed him on the impact of #CycloneArnab across Andhra Pradesh. I explained the extensive damage caused by the cyclone, particularly to agricultural and horticultural crops, power infrastructure, roads and other public assets. I also apprised him of the ongoing heavy rainfall in cyclone-affected districts, the prevailing ground situation, and the extensive relief and restoration operations being undertaken by the State Government. In view of the widespread damage, I requested the Union Home Minister to depute Central teams at the earliest to assess the losses and extend financial assistance from the Government of India to support relief, rehabilitation and restoration efforts. #TogetherAgainstCycloneArnab

Our government stands firmly with the people of Andhra Pradesh as we face the challenges posed by #CycloneArnab. We are making every possible effort to minimise the impact of the cyclone, protect lives and restore normalcy at the earliest. I have been continuously monitoring the situation, reviewing developments throughout the night and staying in constant touch with District Collectors, senior officials and field-level teams. Our Ministers are on the ground, personally supervising relief and restoration operations. Thousands of officials, emergency response teams and frontline personnel have been working tirelessly, even through the night and in heavy rainfall, to clear roads, restore power, address public grievances and ensure essential services. Their dedication and commitment are truly commendable. Our advance preparedness and coordinated response are yielding positive results. I am relieved that no loss of life has been reported so far. Our priority remains the safety of every citizen and providing immediate relief to those affected. I assure the people that the entire government machinery is fully mobilised and will continue working round the clock until normalcy is restored. I appeal to everyone in the cyclone-affected areas to remain alert, stay safe, follow official advisories and avoid unnecessary travel until the cyclone's impact subsides. Please remain calm and courageous. The government is with you at every step. Together, we will overcome this challenge.

Protecting every life is our foremost priority as Andhra Pradesh prepares to face #CycloneArnab. I have reviewed the situation four times since this morning and remain in constant contact with District Collectors and senior officials. Through continuous reviews, I am monitoring evacuations and ensuring that personnel, equipment and essential supplies reach vulnerable areas promptly. We have identified 2,199 cyclone shelters and prepared evacuation plans, prioritising the elderly, children, persons with disabilities and pregnant women. Already, 2,360 pregnant women have been shifted to medical facilities. Twelve NDRF and ten SDRF teams have been assigned to the districts, with deployment underway. Police, Fire Services and medical teams are mobilised, while the Navy and Coast Guard are ready to assist. Food, drinking water, medicines and generators are being arranged, and over 8,400 power restoration personnel have been mobilised. Control rooms are functioning round the clock. I appeal to everyone to remain calm, stay alert and cooperate with the authorities. Move immediately to designated shelters when advised. Fishermen must not venture into the sea until official clearance is given. Keep essential supplies and charged phones ready. Avoid unnecessary travel, beaches, riverbanks, floodwaters and fallen power lines. Remain in safe shelter until authorities confirm that the danger has passed. Follow official updates and government precautions. Do not circulate rumours. Please check on vulnerable neighbours and inform local officials of anyone needing assistance. The government machinery is working continuously for your safety. Your timely cooperation will help us protect lives. Together, we will face this challenge.

జై దుర్గా భవాని! మన సంస్కృతీ సంప్రదాయాలు, ఆధ్యాత్మిక వైభవం వెల్లివిరిసేలా ఇంద్రకీలాద్రిపై శరన్నవరాత్రి ఉత్సవాలు ఎంతో ఘనంగా జరిగాయి. పది రోజుల్లో 15 లక్షల మందికి పైగా భక్తులు అమ్మవారి దర్శన భాగ్యం పొందడం సంతోషకరం. ఇదే సందర్భంలో దాదాపు 8 లక్షల మంది అన్నప్రసాదం స్వీకరించడం అమ్మ సేవలో అందరి సమష్టి కృషికి నిదర్శనం. గతంతో పోలిస్తే దర్శనానికి పట్టే సమయం తగ్గడం, సేవల నాణ్యత పెరగడం అభినందనీయం. భక్తులకు సాధ్యమైనంత సులభంగా దర్శనం దక్కేలా, వారి సౌకర్యాలకు ప్రాధాన్యమిస్తూ చేసిన ఏర్పాట్లపై భక్తుల నుంచి ఎంతో సంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం అవుతోంది. ప్రతి భక్తుడూ ప్రశాంతంగా అమ్మవారిని దర్శించుకుని, మంచి అనుభూతితో తిరిగి వెళ్లాలన్న మన సంకల్పాన్ని కార్యరూపంలో పెట్టిన అందరికీ అభినందనలు. ఉత్సవాలను విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహించిన దేవాదాయ శాఖకు, జిల్లా యంత్రాంగానికి, ఆలయ అధికారులకు, అర్చకులకు, పోలీసులకు, సిబ్బందికి హృదయపూర్వక అభినందనలు. సహనంతో, క్రమశిక్షణతో సహకరించిన భక్తుల వల్లనే ఉత్సవాలు ఇంతగా విజయవంతం అయ్యాయి. మన పుణ్యక్షేత్రాల పవిత్రతను, సాంస్కృతిక వైభవాన్ని కాపాడుకుంటూ భక్తులకు మరింత మెరుగైన సౌకర్యాలు కల్పిద్దాం. కనకదుర్గమ్మ తల్లి చల్లని దీవెనలతో ప్రతి కుటుంబం సుఖసంతోషాలతో వర్ధిల్లాలని, రాష్ట్రం సుభిక్షంగా ఉండాలని ప్రార్థిస్తున్నాను.

Deeply saddened by the tragic loss of lives in the stampede at a Durga Puja pandal in Kolkata. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, and prayers for the speedy recovery of those injured. May the families find strength in this difficult hour.
