SananthRT @gopikavijay: @Sananth__ U were mind blowing in Dorothy. I'm expecting nothing less than a national award. Ur onscreen nd offscreen camaraderie with Rishikanth is a treat to watch. I'm expecting more such collaborations from the both of u. All the best for your future endeavors!02016
SananthRT @Matthewsuresh34: @Sananth__ But most importantly, you, @Sananth__ breathed life into this film, took it to a whole different level, and truly made it live. It's you, bro. I have become a huge fan of yours, bro. You might not know it yet, but I've become a huge fan of yours. I'm going to tell you one thing02016
SananthRT @Matthewsuresh34: @Sananth__ bro, I watched the movie Dorathy. It is pure poetry. That film completely changed my perspective. Three main things stood out: First, Ilaiyaraaja sir's music—needless to say, it connected soul to soul. Second, Karthik Subbaraj's screenplay was fantastic.02013
SananthRT @Dinurocco: @Sananth__ Hey Sananth, we have shared a appreciation video for #Dorothy. Please watch01021

SananthRT @Chinnu_2210: Brooo WHAT kind of dedication is this 😭🔥 It's genuinely hard to believe that the person in the women's getup is a man Not every actor would dare to take on a character like this HATS OFF @Sananth__ #Dorothy #Sananth__03023
SananthRT @Bagaviss: Kovathula body stiff avurathum, sogathula body loose agurathum bayangarama panni irukkar @Sananth__ 🫡🫡🫡ᴀᴀᴍɪ @formysunflower_one of my favorite scenes 🥺011015

SananthRT @PriShini134: Appreciation Post for #Dorothy How well made, After Lubber Pandhu, I felt a movie where not even a single frame wasted. Such a very well stitched making. From start to end, every scene, every frame has something worth to convey. A well made movie, well written book , well composed song will have so much layers to it , where it will Live in our head , and a repeat watch/hear will reveal much more details. Dorothy is one such movie. From the opening scene, everything sums up to something profound. For instance looking at the character arc of that Villainous family. A ruthless villainic dad having a drop of tears hearing his son demise while listening to a song "manithan enbavan deivam aagalam". And him rewinding and repeatedly listening to the line "vaazha piranthaya da" while asking his sons to kill subbu. And the elder brother calling subbu kadai kutti with such fondness in his heart and still willing to kill for honor is very rooted projection of human nature. A regressive murderous person is not out and out black. Thats the part i loved in the writing , such a soft spoken parotta master willing kill and having his own self justification but the ruthless killer vadivu anna , saying "yaaru vaazhanum , yaaru saavanum nu mudivu panna namma yaaru". I think this is the most realistic potrayel of human nature. No one is fully white , fully black. FRAMES FRAMES. Beautiful FRAMES throughout the movie. An angel blessing subbu bevor police station scene, whistle laughing at comedy on TV after such a tragic incident at house. Every scene involved around the well captured so well, that it just gives an eerie vibe automatically. Angels Track will forever be etched in my mind for the deep "I dont know how to describe it" kind of emotions it invoke. the scene at mountain top, personally being a mountain person , i can vouch the profound effect a human will have in front of nature, mountain. It will do something , it will make our problems looks smaller, can heal us in a very transformative way. So It was a perfect location for that shot. Birthday track - is next favorite, Its culmination of so many things, it need to give the transformation effect , also from the ppl watching from windows , it has to convey the horror they are feeling from their perspective. And that music just nailed it. Loved where they show the tent where woman was delivering a baby while they are traveling together and in the first shot where rishi is coming back, she is feeding the baby. Small detail that shows the duration of time in non linear movie is a such a great thought (this is what i mentioned, no single frame was wasted, everything adds up to something) every actors did their role to the dot. Sananth subtle transformation when he is hiding it is absolute masterclass in acting. Rishi's acting was so convincing of the Karth's acting internal transformation. And the brothers and dad as well. On the contrary to popular opinion, i find dhanam as angelic presence in subbu life than dorothy. But I get the business aspect of having keerthy as dorothy. Music needs separate thread. But RAJA RAJA THAN. Specially, Angels, Birthday, and long drive track will stay with me for life. Overall, very well written tight screenplay, well made movie worth rewatching many times @karthiksubbaraj @Sananth__ @iam_rishikanth07013
