- I love you brother, but I disagree with this one. Creatine doesn’t make you NOTICABLY bigger, the water piece is at the intracellular level which makes it almost unnoticeable outside the skin. It doesn’t cause injuries either but it does however, increase strength & power output. I’ll refer you to this peer reviewed study!Breiden Fehoko @BreidenFehokoCreatine stay away from it. 🚩51428.2K
