Jersey barrier finally installed at the start of the 34th Ave bike lane at Northern Blvd and 48th (the Dwyer Square intersection with H-Mart, Guitar Center, Popeyes chicken, and Ross). This bike lane was often used as a stopping/waiting zone for food takeout cars. Yes !

Businesses are just stuck in this morass or can’t be approved because they haven’t supplied the mound of paperwork required under the law. The law must be fixed by the council. @NYCComptroller
