AL-HUDA@AlHuda247AL-HUDART @AlHuda247: During sujud, the body bends forward until the forehead touches the ground. The brain continues to coordinate the body's functions through complex networks of neurons, while the heart maintains its rhythmic contractions to circulate blood throughout the body. The heart plays a vital role in sustaining life by pumping blood through its chambers and into the blood vessels. This continuous circulation transports oxygen and essential nutrients to organs and tissues while helping remove waste products. Red blood cells are central to this process because they carry oxygen throughout the body. The brain and heart work together with other organs to maintain the body's essential functions. These processes continue during prayer, reminding us of the intricate biological systems that sustain human life. Beyond its physical posture, sujud holds profound spiritual significance in Islam. It represents humility, submission, and closeness to Allah. It is also a moment for believers to express gratitude for the countless blessings of life and the remarkable way the human body functions. A moment of reflection: Every heartbeat, every breath, and every function of the body reminds us of the blessings we often take for granted. Sujud provides an opportunity to humble ourselves before Allah in gratitude, worship, and devotion.020261
AL-HUDA@AlHuda247AL-HUDART @salahudeen33: ✨ Twelve Rak‘ahs, A House in Jannah In Islam, some of the greatest rewards come through small acts of worship performed consistently. Among these beautiful opportunities is the observance of the twelve daily Sunnah rak‘ahs, for which the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ promised an extraordinary reward: a house in Paradise. Umm Habibah (رضي الله عنها), the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever prays twelve rak‘ahs in a day and a night, a house will be built for him in Paradise.” Reference: Sahih Muslim 728 🕌 The Twelve Sunnah Rak‘ahs These twelve rak‘ahs are prayed alongside the five obligatory prayers as follows: - 2 rak‘ahs before Fajr - 4 rak‘ahs before Dhuhr - 2 rak‘ahs after Dhuhr - 2 rak‘ahs after Maghrib - 2 rak‘ahs after Isha Umm Habibah (رضي الله عنها) was so moved by this promise that she never abandoned these prayers after hearing the hadith. Her dedication reminds us of the importance of holding firmly to the Sunnah and remaining consistent in worship. 🤍 Small Deeds, Eternal Rewards The beauty of these prayers lies not only in their reward but also in the consistency they cultivate. Even on busy days, maintaining these moments of devotion strengthens our connection with Allah and reminds us that the Hereafter is worth striving for. We may spend years building homes in this world, yet through these simple acts of worship, Allah offers us the opportunity to earn a home in Jannah—a reward beyond anything this world can provide. Start where you are, remain consistent, and never underestimate the value of a small deed done sincerely for Allah.05061

This posture offers an opportunity to reflect on the remarkable complexity of the human body, including the brain, heart, and circulatory system.040570
AL-HUDA@AlHuda247AL-HUDART @salahudeen33: 💡 The Power of Guiding One Soul The Prophet ﷺ told Ali (RA) that guiding just one person to Islam is better than possessing the finest red camels. Da’wah requires patience, wisdom, and sincere kindness. Our goal is not to win arguments, but to guide hearts toward Allah. One soul guided is a priceless victory. 🤍 📚 Sahih al-Bukhari 294203062
AL-HUDA@AlHuda247AL-HUDART @AlHuda247: Salah (prayer) stands out as the only active pillar that has virtually no exceptions for abandonment under normal circumstances. If a person cannot stand, they must pray sitting; if they cannot sit, they lie down; if they cannot make Wudu, they perform Tayammum, proving there is never an excuse to leave Salah. JUST PRAY!060628
AL-HUDA@AlHuda247AL-HUDART @AlHuda247: 🌙 Fasting Three Days Every Month Fasting three days each month is a beautiful Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and carries the reward of fasting throughout the year, as good deeds are multiplied tenfold. Aishah (رضي الله عنها) reported that the Prophet ﷺ fasted three days each month without restricting them to specific dates. In another narration, Abu Dharr (رضي الله عنه) was advised to fast on the 13th, 14th, and 15th of the lunar month, known as the Ayyam al-Beed (White Days). Key Reminder: Embrace this simple yet rewarding Sunnah with consistency, seeking Allah’s pleasure and abundant rewards. 📚 References: Jami‘ at-Tirmidhi 761; Sunan an-Nasa’i 2424.050555- Show more posts
