    An enormous problem in this debate is people like Jesse not understanding what some specific terms actually mean. An "offensive strike" by definition has absolutely nothing to do with who the initial aggressor was, nor the location of the strike. It has to do with the desired outcome of the action ("killing people" being the most obvious)
