    Scary, but possibly true: The Rams did everything right with their travel schedule. They just got fucked up by a superior team.

    Unpopular opinion, but as an Aussie living in Southern California who has done LAX-Australia dozens of times... the @RamsNFL's strategy of arriving the day before their game is spot on. They rest/sleep on the 15-hour flight on Tuesday night in a very comfortable lie-flat bed on a @Qantas A380. Land Thursday morning Oz Time feeling pretty fresh. Push through the day, light training. Early night. Wake up Friday feeling great. Play ball. Meanwhile the 49ers have spent a week away from home trying to convince their bodies they live in Australia. Give me the Rams strategy every time.

    Here’s the part about the 49ers travel strategy that doesn’t make sense. The game kicks off Friday at 10:30am in Melbourne with the team shuttle departing for the stadium at 6:30am. The Rams travel strategy of sticking to PST and not trying to adjust to AEST is the correct one.
