And Then You Win is Finally Out! The story of how we went all-in on Bitcoin, were ridiculed, “ate glass” to survive — and built businesses worth $12 billion and counting. More than that, it’s about what we learned about ourselves and the world along the way. Amazon:

C’mon folks. Questioning $CIFR execution? Look at the full picture. Yes, Barber Lake went over budget and yes, it was an expensive mistake (arond $1,20 / share) but NOT a whopping $10 + correction! This same team secured: * 700 MW contracted to AWS and Google backed tenants. * $16.6B in contracted revenue * Black Pearl initial capacity delivered 2 months early. Rent already flowing. * AWS covering costs above the agreed cap at Stingray * Contracted build FUNDED: three project bonds + the convert. Then there's ~3.4 GW of Texas pipeline: • * Reveille + Ulysses: 270 MW, 2027, interconnection milestones cleared * Colchis: 1 GW, conditional ERCOT base-load status, 2028 * McLennan (Waco) + Mikeska: ~1 GW combined, Batch Zero, 2028–29 * Apollo: 900 MW option near San Antonio, Batch Zero studied load, 2028 target * Stingray expansion: 200 MW, studied load Colchis still needs final approval, but after the midterm dust settles, I give it a high probability. And don't forget the 2.5 GW of behind-the-meter potential via gas laterals, on 3,600+ acres. Building at this scale is very hard. And NAME ME ONE TOP INDUSTRY PLAYER that has not made mistakes. The question is whether the team adjusts and keeps delivering. And my bet is YES. Onward. $CIFR

Reading Chamath and Elon oevr weekend felt like Bitcoin mining déjà vu. Winners secured power and deployed. Losers had decks and ASICs collecting dust. Now it’s GPUs's time. Bet on the teams that can execute. $CIFR $IREN $HUT $WULF

The same clowns who called Bitcoin a bubble are now calling AI one. The AI story is rock solid: there is no "dark" GPUs, there is a massive compute shortage, and new power generation takes 5+ years to connect. My bet: the names with power and signed contracts, $CIFR $HUT $IREN $WULF will make new highs. Hang on for the ride.

RT @CipherInc: Cipher Begins Development of Lateral Pipelines to Facilitate Data Center Expansion via Bring-Your-Own-Generation - Lateral pipelines capable of supporting up to 2.5 GW of new generation across multiple sites - New generation expected to increase Cipher’s leasable HPC data center capacity and is a significant step toward making new power available by 2027 “Securing and delivering power is the foundation of everything we do. Bringing our own electricity generation allows us to unlock significant new capacity quickly while proactively contributing to greater grid stability in the communities in which we build our data centers,” said Tyler Page, Chief Executive Officer.

RT @CipherInc: This morning, $CIFR released its Second Quarter 2026 Business Update, marking a quarter of accelerated delivery, pipeline growth, and continued capital markets execution. Highlights from the quarter included: - Delivered first data center capacity at Black Pearl two months ahead of schedule, with rent commenced - Acquired an option for a new site called Apollo, up to 900 MW, located near San Antonio, Texas - Secured full funding for Stingray, our third data center development, through an $810 million bond offering - Achieved key construction milestones across Barber Lake, Black Pearl, and Stingray "The accelerated delivery at Black Pearl, together with everything else we accomplished this quarter, proves we can execute at scale, with speed, and without compromise," said Tyler Page, CEO. RT @BohuslavskaKate: Dalia Grybauskaitė, former President of Lithuania: I was surprised by stupidity of Russia when they invaded Ukraine. They don’t need territories, they already have a lot. Just to humiliate nation? To make Ukrainian nation an enemy forever? Forever. To create Ukrainian identity so strong that it has never been before? Now they will become enemy for centuries. I call it stupidity. There's no sense in doing it and turning your friends into enemies, your historic allies. A Slavic nation that's practically very close to you historically. Pure humiliation, pure ambition, which is absolutely silly. I was also surprised by reaction of the West. How cowardly, how afraid West has been, what lack of leadership we demonstrated.

RT @LauraLoomer: Vladimir Putin is one of the most prolific terrorist dirtbags of the last 50 years. He has killed at least SIXTEEN THOUSAND Ukrainian civilians with his murderous bombing of schools, restaurants, hospitals and apartment buildings. Vladimir Putin has turned Russia into a terrorist caliphate so brutally murderous that it would make Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi jealous. For perspective: ISIS is estimated to have killed ~400 people throughout all of Europe since their founding. 16,000 vs 400!! Even Bin Laden’s Al-Qaeda fails to come close to Putin with their number of 280. Putin is a nuclear-armed terrorist, plain and simple. An especially cowardly one. Meanwhile, he has governed his own country so completely incompetently that, despite spanning 11 time zones, it now has an economy significantly smaller than Texas, and — despite all of Russia’s incessant, completely performative, and disingenuous Christian LARPing—now has the largest Muslim population in Europe BY FAR.   In fact, Russia is such a total basket-case of a country that Putin’s own daughter chooses to live in Paris! And quite lavishly, I might add, with money that her father has pilfered from the Russian people. Americans who knowingly and willingly spread Russian propaganda are no better than those who have collaborated with ISIS. They are sickening traitors to our country. And they should be dealt with accordingly!

RT @rftylerpage: The market also needs to learn to differentiate among the business models of companies in “data centers”. If the largest companies in the world now want to sell compute, that would logically increase demand for hard-to-find megawatts in an already constrained market. If a company has a 4.2GW portfolio of development sites and builds turnkey data centers for tenants (so the tenant can manufacture and sell compute), recent headlines seem very positive for such a company. @CipherInc $CIFR

Kevin Warsh’s first FOMC meeting starts this week. He may actually surprise everyone and will either cut or signal cutting rates: 1) The labor market is cracking beneath the surface. Americans who want a job but can’t find one have risen to 6.2 million, near post-2021 highs. 2) Actual reopening of Hormuz will send oil prices sharply lower, neutralizing one of the Fed’s biggest inflation risks. 3) AI is the most powerful deflationary force in decades, driving down the cost of labor, software, research, and services. Its happening in real time. 4) Midterms are coming up 😉
