Engineering innovation took center stage at the CadenceCONNECT: 2026 Cadence China Simulation Conference in Shanghai.
More than 600 attendees joined us for four keynotes and six technical tracks exploring simulation, AI, and intelligent systems engineering.
The keynote program featured:
• Michael Jackson, Corporate Vice President and General Manager, System Design and Analysis Group, Cadence: "Engineering Intelligent Systems: Vision in the Era of Physical Systems Intelligence"
• Jialiang Luo, Chief Engineer, R&D Digital Center, Geely Auto: "Simulation-Driven Digital R&D Transformation at Geely Auto"
• Kai Wang, Department Head, Central Research Institute, CATARC: "Innovation in Automotive Safety R&D and Testing," following brief video remarks from Zhixin Liu, Vice President of the Institute
• Bing Zhu, Dean, College of Automotive Engineering, Jilin University: "AI-Powered Automotive Digital Development and Accelerated Testing"
For the first time, the event brought together the full breadth of Cadence’s System Design and Analysis portfolio, connecting multiphysics simulation, AI-driven engineering, accelerated computing, and engineering data.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in Shanghai!
