    Some Canton Coin transactions need more than one person to sign off. CIP-0107 introduced a 24-hour window between preparing and executing end-user $CC transactions, covering token standard operations, preapprovals, and traffic purchases. For parties whose keys require explicit human approval, sometimes from several people, that window makes the workflow practical. It also brought Canton Coin into full compliance with the token standard.
