A payout that looks late or short isn't always broken. Reserves, minimum payout amounts and a different payout currency can all explain it, so reconcile with the activity report by payout currency and a fixed date range. #Shopify #Ecommerce

Before blaming the creative or audience for a campaign with clicks but no orders, check the store. Our checklist runs from tracking through landing page, speed and product page to checkout, in that order. #Shopify #CRO

RT @dudhia_sonali: Shopify is changing how shipping works, and apps that touch shipping need updating before July 2027. Merchant-owned delivery profile APIs are deprecated for stores on Markets shipping. Writes can appear to succeed but don’t change live checkout rates.

Shopify has asked every app developer to act on eight security steps now. One has a date: from 1 January 2027, existing public apps can no longer use non-expiring offline tokens for GraphQL Admin API requests. #ShopifyDev #CyberSecurity

Of the 321 stores we scanned, 34% use a detectable A/B testing tool, and Intelligems leads with 37 stores (12%). Every testing script adds JavaScript, so we'd measure speed with it on and off. #Shopify #CRO

Safari deletes cookies created in JavaScript after 7 days, and caps some at 24 hours after link decoration. Server-side tracking can help with that, but it can't bypass consent or restore stripped referrers. #Shopify #CyberSecurity

RT @dave_cameron: Polaris 2.0 is now stable. Make sure to update your apps from the release candidate to the major release channel. If you've been waiting to upgrade your app from Polaris 1 to Polaris 2, now's the time. Thanks to everyone who provided feedback.

Across the 321 stores we scanned, only 6% show any site search tool we can detect, so Shopify's native filtering is still the norm. Before trialling an app, write down the three merchandising jobs you can't do today. #Shopify #Ecommerce

RT @notifyme_io: Shop User metafields can now be read during checkout through Shopify Functions, so partners can use buyer-specific data to customize checkout. Lots of room for personalization here.

Handy for anyone building apps or themes. If you're updating the CLI, we track its removed flags and commands in our deprecation tracker, so it's worth a look before upgrading.

Small but useful: you can now create and delete dev stores right from Shopify CLI. Spinning up test stores just got a lot less clicky.

We've summarised the checklist, including the expiring offline token step that public apps need by 1 January 2027. Worth working through it with your team this week.
