- Cronos v1.8 is now live on mainnet. With this upgrade, we are bringing ~20% faster median block times, an app-side mempool for lower latency and 90%+ EVM API equivalence. Thank you to every validator, node operator and builder who helped us ship it.

The explorer, EVM mainnet endpoints, Cronos Portal mainnet endpoints and IBC transactions are expected to resume once the network is back. On-chain state is unchanged.
