Champion for Michigan's manufacturers, auto industry, and middle class. Always with a little joy, a little energy, and a little bit of stick it to ’em.
Friends, I want to thank you for your support in this race. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you who stepped up to fight for a stronger Michigan. Now, it’s time to come together to make sure we beat Mike Rogers and keep Michigan blue. Let's go win!
It was such a blast supporting my friend and longtime community leader @DrBrooks4Troy the other night. Thank you to Douglas Doggett for the invite and so great to see my friends Rep Tyrone Carter and Rose Dady among others. After seven years on the Troy City council, Dr Brooks is putting up her hand to flip a Republican district and make a huge different for the health and safety for so many Michiganders. I am so excited to see her win!
This type of fearmongering about Israel is wrong. It is not a winning strategy for any state. It does nothing to help Michigan Democrats win up and down the ballot in eight days. Do we need to lower costs by building more homes, securing people’s health care, and creating a fairer federal tax code? Yes, we do!! How we do so is not by blaming the high costs of our goods on the only Jewish homeland in the world. I want to see Democrats succeed at every level, and that means keeping our focus on lowering costs for Michigan families and reining in this out-of-control President.

New @RebellionPac ad dropping in Michigan. We have to suffer here at home, so Israel can get all its wars. That’s why they buy politicians like Mike Rogers. He promised to serve Israel “unconditionally,” but never made that promise to you.

Ooh baby! Michigan Dems are on the move. We are about to flip the state house and make Ranjeev Puri THE FIRST! Indian American State House Speaker in the country! 🇺🇸 This is happening from a place called Michigan. How do we get there?? By electing Sarah Pounds to State Rep from Michigan district 54 — Bloomfield Hills, Auburn Hills and Orion Township! She is a mom of four girls, loves her community and wants to grow Michigan! Sarah and I hung out on the campaign trail today, went to an event for Ranjeev Puri in Northville with many leaders of the Indian American community. 🇮🇳🇺🇸 Sarah loves the Indian American community as much as I do, and everyone should vote for her by November 3rd!
Today marks another year since the horrific terrorist attacks of October 7, 2023, a day of unimaginable loss that forever changed the lives of so many families in Israel and around the world.
A month and a half ago, I traveled to Israel, and had the profound opportunity to sit down with survivors and hear their stories firsthand. I listened as they shared what they endured, the loved ones they lost, and how they have found the strength to say they want peace.
Their stories have stayed with me.
I made this documentary because these voices deserve to be heard and remembered. At a moment when the pain of October 7 can too easily become reduced to headlines, arguments, and statistics, I wanted people to hear directly from those who lived through it, to see their humanity, their grief, and their resilience.
On this anniversary, I am remembering the lives that were taken, standing with the survivors and families who continue to carry this trauma, and recommitting myself to the work of combating terrorism, antisemitism and pursuing a future where Israelis and Palestinians can live with safety, dignity, and lasting peace.
I hope you’ll take a few minutes to watch and hear their stories.
We do not have to choose whose humanity matters. My recent trip to Israel reinforced something I have always believed: Israelis and Palestinians deserve peace, security, dignity and a home.
Michigan’s hardworking union families deserve more than empty promises. They deserve results.
Democrats are fired up for November. We need to stay focused on jobs, lowering costs, protecting our manufacturing, and delivering for working families.
