The initiative explores a continuous ‘One-Way Loop’ system aimed at completely eliminating four critical bottleneck junctions that frequently disrupt smooth vehicular movement. Under the proposed plan, a single continuous loop corridor will be established: commencing from Biodiversity Junction, proceeding via IKEA Rotary, Raheja Mindspace (C-Gate), Knowledge City, and Dallas Center, taking a right turn at My Home Bhooja, and connecting back to Biodiversity Junction. This system will fully utilize the entire width of the carriageways, minimize junction delays, and facilitate smooth, uninterrupted vehicular flow. As part of the project’s feasibility study, Cyberabad Police Commissioner Dr. M. Ramesh, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Sri Sunpreet Singh, IPS, senior traffic police officers, and SCSC CEO Naveed Khan, along with their team, conducted an extensive on-ground walkthrough of the proposed route. The inspecting team closely evaluated the existing road infrastructure and junction-level challenges. In the coming days, detailed traffic simulation trials will be carried out to evaluate vehicular speeds and traffic density. Simultaneously, dedicated coordination meetings will be convened with IT companies, business establishments, and local stakeholders to gather input. Speaking on the occasion, Cyberabad Police Commissioner Dr. M. Ramesh stated, "The one-way loop system will be rolled out in a phased manner only after taking into account suggestions and feedback from all stakeholders and finalizing the execution plan. To ensure hassle-free travel for commuters, comprehensive traffic advisories and official details of route diversions will be released well in advance."

🚨 Agilisium shifts its Asia HQ from Chennai to Hyderabad! Agilisium, a technology and data analytics company focused on life sciences, started its Hyderabad operations in 2024 and expanded significantly in 2025. It has now decided to move its Asia HQ from Chennai to Hyderabad. Hyderabad is already home to GCCs of global life sciences giants like Eli Lilly, Merck, Novartis, Amgen, Sandoz and Roche. The city’s strong life sciences ecosystem must have played a key role in this decision.

New road is coming up, connecting traffic coming from Jayabheri Villas and Lansum Etania directly to the ORR service road towards the Financial District. This should reduce traffic at Avatar Junction.

Kalyani Techpark Phase 2 looks really good! Myscape Road and the extension towards ASBL Spectra and the R-One Diamond Towers area could be next level, with a great mix of offices, hotels, malls and residences. All we need now is to fix and widen Myscape Road!

This is the under-construction GMR Interchange Mall, and construction has recently picked up pace. It was originally expected to open by 2026, but it now looks like it will be ready by 2027. With an 11-screen multiplex and tons of dining, shopping and entertainment options, this high-street-style mall could be a game changer for all of South Hyderabad!

Microsoft’s massive voluntary exit scheme came as a shock, but it wasn’t entirely unexpected. Over the past year, many software engineers have gone from writing code to mainly reviewing AI-generated code. AI agents have also reduced the workload in incident management and other parts of the development lifecycle too. This is happening across big tech. Many employees could sense what was coming. I strongly feel more companies will follow. Many already know they can operate with smaller teams but are waiting for the right time, perhaps a slow quarter. What’s surprising is that Microsoft is cutting jobs despite record revenue and strong profits. This could put pressure on other tech companies to do the same. The biggest worry is that AI may permanently reduce the number of people needed, even when businesses are growing.

I don’t think anything is going to come up on the land parcel next to Alekhya Rise anytime soon. The land belongs to Totem Infra, whose promoters were reportedly involved in a massive bank loan fraud. The legal battle still seems to be ongoing, and they owe a huge amount to a consortium of banks.

Who can guess which builder is coming opp to Jayabheri Temple Tree? Right next to Alekhya Rise I may have a hunch but open to views

I see that this firm is listed in NCLT for liquidation.

Apparently, someone associated with RVR Projects, a major national-level contractor, filed for an AAI NOC for this land parcel in 2025. However, personally, I don’t think it will make much progress.

🚨Has the Centre Approved Hyderabad Metro Phase 2? No Official Confirmation Yet! According to reports in some local media, the Centre has cleared a ₹24,269 crore plan covering 76 km across 5 metro corridors, with completion targeted for 2029. However, there appears to be no confirmation from other credible sources or official announcements from BJP ministers yet. We need to wait for official confirmation before treating this as confirmed news.
