MSHP Troop C

We are enroute to a crash with blockage involving a jack-knifed tractor trailer, eastbound I-70 at MO-Z.  Traffic is being routed to the ramp around the crash.  The main lanes of traffic are all closed in the construction zone.

RT @SLMPD: District 4 officers teamed up with the @MSHPTrooperC over the weekend for focused traffic enforcement in the Downtown and Downtown West neighborhoods, conducting numerous traffic stops to address unsafe driving. During the added enforcement, Bike officers spotted a person walking in the middle of the street. Their investigation revealed he had an active warrant for burglary and property damage, and he was taken into custody. From traffic enforcement to neighborhood patrols, our officers are working together to keep #STL safe.

RT @MSHPTrooperGHQ: 🏈 The Patrol is urging motorists and football fans traveling via I-70 to get their game plan ready when traveling on game days. Motorists should prepare to leave early and allow for extra time when traveling on I-70 during game days. Increased game day traffic during this football season is expected to cause additional delays both before and after games. Work zones often include narrow lanes, changing and atypical lane configurations, and reduced speeds. 🐅 #MIZ #Mizzou

RT @MSHPTrooperGHQ: Law enforcement officers and first responders often face unique dangers and challenges when arriving at crash scenes. At this Wednesday morning crash, two troopers and Berkeley Police officers worked together to lift a crashed car that had trapped the driver leaving her in a perilous position. The quick action and teamwork of these officers removed her from danger and helped to protect her from further injury. >> news story:
