Wow. FIRE data shows male students are more tolerant of ideological enemies than female students are of ideological allies. Read that again and then click the link.

Some possible angles for a First Amendment violation (there may be more!) when you've got a government landlord and government officers discriminating against women's rights advocates whose crime was... wearing @xx_xyathletics.
Elected Democrats DO care about energy prices. They want them higher. So high Americans have fewer (if any) kids, don't drive an SUV, don't fly, and don't comfortably heat or cool your home. Here's how we know:
(1) Nearly 60 Democrat states, cities and counties are suing energy companies, demanding Americans' energy costs exponential increase to pay for all harm caused by the weather. Will increase energy costs by billions, if consumers can shoulder these costs at all.
(2) Under Trump's targeted program, four new nuclear technologies reached self-sustainment. Under Biden? Zero. Nuclear is the only solution to our energy needs and only Trump has delivered.
(3) The Green New Deal: 100+ House Dems and a dozen senators signed on. Cost? $51 trillion to $93 trillion over 10 years.
(4) Democrat regulations have purposefully made energy unattainable and expensive. Biden paused new LNG export approvals, wrote emissions rules to force consumers into expensive EVs, and lest we forget attempted to ban gas stoves.
(5) Maybe the biggest and most harmful Democrat project is the creation of hurdles for anyone trying to build, by requiring banks to consider "climate risk" in whether to finance a project, and labeling it quietly: ESG score.
Unattainable energy under Democrats isn't a side effect. It's the plan.
RT @willchamberlain: HUGE: The en banc Fifth Circuit just held, 11-6, that illegal aliens caught in the interior can be detained without bond for the duration of their removal proceedings.
Judge James Ho in a concurring opinion: "A nation ceases to be a nation if it can't protect its borders."
Not to mention, "Judge Wingate's" sweeping opinion meant that DEI (i.e. discrimination) must be permitted -- even in areas where discrimination is illegal. 🧐Sometimes you feel bad for the difficult tasks assigned to the little AI robots.

Holy guacamole: In a judicial smackdown, Judge J.E. Smith tears into Judge Wingate for his "careless[] exercise" of judicial power and "sloppy edicts based on falsehoods and fabrications." Mississippi's anti-DEI law can go into effect. Judicial AI use takes a beating. Reassigned.

RT @sfmcguire79: How bad is administrative bloat in higher ed?
At MIT, the “student body has grown by 8% and its faculty by 9% since the mid-1980s. By comparison, the tally of administrators jumped by 189%.”
In Maryland, a school district can (and did) create an elaborate scheme to reduce the number of Asians and the courts said they weren't legally allowed to review it. Supreme Court will hear this case next year.

Can a school discriminate against Asian students as long as its enrollment numbers look “fair”?
The Supreme Court will hear a case challenging that very question after lower courts dismissed students’ claims.
@MayMailman breaks it down 👇

Even the NYT acknowledges it's highly irregular for judges to platform themselves and their opposition to the federal government. Judge Schiltz likens Trump's DOJ to North Korea and argues DOJ is going to... be the reason people don't get married or have children? Totes impartial.
Impartiality is imperative to ensuring public trust in our Nation’s judiciary. Judge Schiltz’s and Judge Tunheim’s on-the-record participation in a recent highly partisan New York Times Article, along with Judge Schiltz’s subsequent public comments, unquestionably calls into doubt whether they can be impartial in these cases. A judge who has publicly taken a political side on the issue of enforcing our Nation’s immigration laws cannot then preside over a case concerning one of the Justice Department’s key immigration enforcement initiatives.

RT @emundz42: @ElissaSlotkin@mrddmia This isn’t what you originally said, to be clear. You said you wanted to use the legal system to bring “signature cases” against Trump officials to dissuade young people from working in the administration, not to, you know, prosecute actual crime.
What's also great about this ad is how easy it is to consume on a quad screen, during a chaotic college football Saturday. Our political memory is sometimes short, but lest we forget, the Left has no legitimacy on "affordability." Their only solutions are giveaways, which caused the 9.1% inflation under Biden.
I almost didn’t click because I thought surely this will be more normal than advertised. Nope. She actually wants the threat of lawsuit to stop college kids from going into the Admin. Third world insanity.

CNN panel says identity politics is good, because... NASCAR is an identity? But that's not how identity politics treats people. Identity politics demands political behavior based on immutable characteristics, treating sex and race-based groups as lacking individual agency. It's no friend to democracy.
AOC is either this dumb or this deceitful or likely both. The program she's in theory referring to will LOWER the cost of education by ending incentives for schools to exponentially increase their graduate education tuition. SIGH.
🚨BREAKING: AOC just claimed the Trump administration doesn't want women to go to college.
AOC at Abdul El-Sayed's town hall in Escanaba, Michigan: "They don't want women to go to college."
She says loan changes target nurses, teachers and social workers. That's her pitch.

RT @SteveGuest: On CNN NewsNight, @MayMailman BLASTS Abdul El-Sayed’s policy agenda:
“These DSA policies, including Medicare for all, which he has endorsed, is going to raise the national debt by 45 trillion dollars, and that's going to cost people in GDP, which is going to cost people in their hourly wages. So yes, affordability is definitely the number one target, but also I think it's an authenticity issue. So when when he goes on TV and says, "I have no connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, and my family doesn't, and then when his sister says that they do, and he's confronted with that, instead of explaining it, he says, "How dare you ask me about that? That authenticity problem, I think, is an issue for Michigan voters.”
